This beautiful Imperial Newport Coupe was purchased in 1955 by a St. Petersburg, Florida
high school student. Roll forward 57 years to 2012 and that student, now a 74 year
old retiree decides it is time to let his baby go... Ambitious Owner #2 purchases
the car in 2102 and starts the restoration based on his budget...

The mechanicals, engine detail, interior and chassis are completed. Funds did not
permit the repaint and the chrome work. Now it is available for Owner #3 to complete
the process on this very rare and valuable model.

Completely rust and accident free, it was repainted last in 1976. It is past time for
a strip and repaint, a task that will bring this car back to life...  Some chrome is good,
much needs to be rechromed. This car is priced to allow for this work to be completed...

Here is an example of another 1955 Imperial Newport Coupe we refreshed and sold for
$58,000 three years ago... this is a very rare model and ready to take to the next level...

This is a lifelong St Pete, Florida car with no panel or floor pan rust...

This car has had one older enamel repaint in the correct factory
Rhapsody Blue Poly Metallic. The paint is cracked in many areas due
to age and it is ready for a dual stage repaint... Off white painted roof...
 
Restored leather & cloth seats and door panels, showing little wear and in very nice
condition. Original dash with lots of chrome. Very nice new door
panels and carpet. Original headliner in very nice condition.

This car is equipped with the famous original 331 cubic inch, Hemi
V-8 engine and factory automatic transmission. Car runs and drives
very nicely... The engine compartment and chassis have been restored.
