This is my 93 Imperial. Bought it 5 years ago and have had nothing but love for this car. This car is 20 years old and looks good. The paint on the trunk could be refinished but the rest of the car looks good. Interior is very clean with auto climate control, digital dash, pioneer cd player, POwer antenna, power seats on both sides. power heated mirrors, auto dim rear view mirror, 4 wheel disc brakes. Great car with the most rear leg room i have ever seen in a car. Im 6'2" and you can see the drivers seat is back as far as it will go and there is 2 feet between the seat and the rear seat. This car is in very good condition. The trans was done 1.5 years ago, new motor with 60K last week, new ac compressor and ac refitted. New struts, new front brakes with rotors, new 14" Hankook white wall tires, new steering rack, fresh tune up with air filter and gator back belt. This car does NOT have the air suspension or ABS which were nothing but trouble. This car has normal struts in the front and FACTORY level ride in the rear with an extra of barely used shocks for future use. This car runs strong, smooth, and straight. It is my daily driver and since i can afford a new car i made this one as close as any car can be. The car gets 21MPG with the AC on all day long. the headliner could use to be replaced and the paint on the trunk is slightly faded but other than that its in very good ready to drive condition. I love this car but will not put my dogs in it, it is way too nice. So im looking for a mini van, YEAH. If anyone wasts to trade my firebird and this imperial for an 04-06 Mercury Monterey please contact me, thanks.
On Sep-05-13 at 19:33:38 PDT, seller added the following information:So to update. Iv had the car 4 years not 5 according to DMV? My 83 year old mother was using the car and had a very minor accident, bumper and header panel were replaced. The damage was 800.00 so I absolutely fixed it. There is a dime size windshield repair from before it bought it. There is a very tiny scrape on the bottom of the vinyl top on the drivers side and that was also there when i bought it. The cover on the passenger rear ash tray is broken but i have it if you can repair it. Have some spare parts that are included like turn signal light, shocks, and some misc. If i think of anything else ill post it but either way this car is a pleasure to drive.

Four-horse race opens up for next Chrysler-Fiat CEO
Mon, 16 Dec 2013
There are some companies that could change leadership overnight and still remain more or less the operations that they are. But some have built themselves up around one central figure. Just ask Carlos Tavares, who found he couldn't escape the long shadow of Renault-Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn. Tavares recently left to find his own limelight. But Ghosn isn't the only executive who presides over two disparate automakers on opposite ends of the globe.
Having built up Fiat and Chrysler around himself, we can hardly imagine either automaker getting along without Sergio Marchionne. But the day will come when the famously sweater-clad bigwig will step down. The pressing questions remain when when that day will come, and who will take his place. The only solid clues we have are in the statements made mostly by Marchionne himself, but those statements have been all over the place. When speaking to Automotive News in 2012, he said he would step down "no earlier than 2013, no later than 2015." But a year later, he had already seemingly changed his tune, indicating he could still be at the helm in 2016. Fiat chairman John Elkann seems to think Marchionne, 61, could and should stay on longer.
Conan releases extended cut of Chrysler's Super Bowl ad
Tue, 04 Feb 2014Chrysler's latest Super Bowl ad follows in the footsteps of its classic Imported From Detroit spot starring rapper Eminem and Half-Time in America ad starring Clint Eastwood. Featuring Bob Dylan's gravely voice asking, "Is there anything more American... than America?" the spot has been somewhat controversial, thanks to a few lines informing viewers that Germany can brew beer, Switzerland can make watches and Asia can assemble phones. The US, though, will build your car, Dylan tells us. When the ad aired, Shinola-wearing Detroiters simultaneously spit out their Atwater beer over the perceived slight.
Naturally, that controversy has spawned more than a few parodies, one of which comes from Conan O'Brien. Coco expands on the list of things that aren't made in the US, like French water, Danish cheese and Japanese animated, um, adult films. Beyond those examples, there are a number of other things that should be left to countries that aren't the United States. It's a chuckle-worthy parody, so scroll down and have a look, and compare it to the original Super Bowl ad below that.
Refreshed Chrysler 300 SRT won't be sold in NA
Mon, 20 Oct 2014It looks like it might be time to bid farewell to the V8 rumble from the Chrysler 300 SRT - at least if you live in North America. The reported change comes as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles reshuffles its ranks with the Dodge brand, re-absorbing SRT and building its muscular reputation with the Challenger and Charger Hellcat models. Meanwhile, Chrysler is taking a more mainstream approach, and that likely means the end of overt high-performance models from the division for now.
According to Automotive News, the 300 SRT will be discontinued in the US for 2015, but it won't be totally dead. Some right-hand drive markets will still get the brawny V8 sedan next year, a distinction that goes a long way toward explaining some spy shots we've seen recently.
The 300 SRT's North American demise probably shouldn't come as a total shock. In FCA's five-year plan, it says that the 300 is destined for a refresh to be unveiled later this year, presumably at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show. There's no mention of the SRT model in the document, though, which seems to signal its end.
