This car has been in the same family since new. It has 76,682 original actual miles on the odometer. The car has had one repaint that was done 10 years ago and it still looks very nice. I have the original window sticker for the car. Here is a list of some of the options: It has the numbers matching 440 4 BBL with a torqueflite transmission, leather trim, bucket seats, passenger recliner, power steering, power brakes with front disc brakes, power windows, vinyl conopy roof cornering lamps, deluxe wheel cover, factory undercoating and hood insulation, electric clock fender mounted turn signal indicator lights, leather trim, AC, golden touch tune radio, power antenna, rear seat speaker, am radio, foot button control driver power seat 6-way, power trunk lid release and power vent windows, all glass is factory tinted, tilt-a scope steering wheel, The inside of the trunk is excellent and still has the original spare tire cover and spare. The trunk car is in excellent shape. The underhood area is very clean. I have this car listed for a friend of mine and this is one of the nicest original numbers matching cars i've seen. You just don't seen them this clean any original. A must for that collector. I restore cars for a living and know a nice car when I see one. The body is straight and has never rusted, the original interior is incredible, and it is so original. The headliner is perfect with no holes. The carpet is still very nice. The seats feel like new when you sit in them. I mean incredible......The leather is still nice. The dash is perfect. The rear seat is mint. The door panels are perfect. The only flaw is a few small dents on the rear of the roof on the vinyl top area from a branch that fell on the car. The trim has some dings too from the branch. An easy repair but why as it still looks nice. Other than that the exterior is laser straight and looks great. The AC will need a charge. This is a sporty luxurious car. The 440 runs well and it looks amazing. Always stored inside. Don't miss out on this rare original beauty. Call Larry with any questions. 320-766-1074

Chrysler recalling 49K Chargers for headlight components
Fri, 14 Mar 2014Chrysler has issued a recall for about 49,375 2011 and 2012 Dodge Chargers with halogen headlamps due to a problem with the lights. The automaker says that there could be an issue with the jumper harness and other related components.
The automaker says that 43,450 cars are affected in the US, 2,850 in Canada, 375 in Mexico and 2,700 outside of North America. The vehicles will have their headlight assemblies, including the jumper harnesses and bulbs, inspected and potentially replaced. Dodge says that its engineers investigated reports of that were similar to what was found when it recalled about 10,000 police Chargers in 2012 for overheating light components. There have been no injuries or accidents related to fault, according to Chrysler.
The automaker will be in contact with affected owners, and schedule the service. Naturally, any repairs will be free of charge. Scroll down for the company's full announcement.
Unboxing Chrysler's ridiculous Pacifica board game/media kit
Sat, Jan 30 2016At auto shows, manufacturers often hand out new-model info on USB sticks. It's how we get the press releases and photos onto our computers quickly and easily. Some still use brochures, which direct you to a website to download the relevant files. And then there's Chrysler, which often dreams up elaborate packages to transport the information and make a big impact. That's what it did for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, which made its debut in gasoline and plug-in hybrid versions at the 2016 North American International Auto Show earlier this month. The Pacifica press kit is in a zippered folder along with the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Race to the Family Reunion board game. To share this with you, we decided to make use of one of the internet's stranger formats, the unboxing video. You can watch our version above and learn a little more about what's inside the silver pouch – besides a USB stick and a brochure. Want one of your own? Silly media kits like these usually pop up on eBay from time to time. But ours and our ethics are not for sale. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid: The 80-MPGe minivan [w/video]
Mon, Jan 11 2016As automakers rush to add hybrids and plug-ins to every type of vehicle, one popular segment has been overlooked: minivans. If the idea of a hybrid minivan makes sense to you, that's because it's a smart idea, and one that we're surprised hasn't happened yet. So kudos to Chrysler for not just making it happen, but for creating a plug-in version with an estimated 80 miles per gallon equivalent. You can read all the practical details of the 2017 Pacifica (not Town & Country) here. For the sake of this story, we'll focus on what's different with the hybrid model. Yes, Chrysler is just calling it Pacifica Hybrid, not Plug-In Hybrid, because the company's executives think that when people hear "plug" they think "range anxiety" and freak out. That's not a worry here, though, because when the 16-kWh battery runs out of juice, the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 kicks in and the minivan functions as normal. Just don't run out of gas. With a full charge, the Pacifica Hybrid can travel up to 30 miles on electric power. And though the gas engine is the same 3.6-liter V6 found in the non-hybrid model, it's detuned to 248 horsepower and 230 pound-feet of torque. Charging the battery takes just two hours on a 240-volt plug, and Chrysler houses the battery pack underneath the floor in the middle of the van, where the wells for Stow 'N Go seating are found on gas-only models. So no, you can't get Stow 'N Go seats on the hybrid, but the third row does still fold into the floor. Powertrain aside, the Pacifica Hybrid is nearly identical to its gas-only sibling, save the addition of the charge port on the driver's side front fender. Unique wheels in 17- and 18-inch sizes can be had, and the Pacifica Hybrid only comes in Touring and Limited Platinum trims. You can read more details on the hybrid system in the release below. First hybrid powertrain in minivan segment "Due to its large footprint and multiple daily trip patterns, the minivan is ideally suited for electrification technology," said Bob Lee, Vice President and Head of Engine, Powertrain and Electrified Propulsion Systems Engineering, FCA – North America. "The all-new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica lives up to this promise and then some, with efficiency, power and refinement." Launching in second half of 2016, the Pacifica Hybrid is the industry's first electrified minivan.
