2003 Chrysler Concorde Limited Sedan 4-door 3.5l One Owner!! on 2040-cars
Berkley, Michigan, United States
Attention!!!
Hey there, Here we have a very nice 2003 Chrysler Concorde. It has the good 3.5Liter H.O. V6 engine (not the "bad" 2.5ish engine that everyone talks about) It has just over 101,600 Miles, all put on by the original owner. Fully loaded with toys such as -Steering wheel radio control buttons -Front power seats -Power windows and doors -6 C.D. changer and tape player (I wish cars today had tape players still) -Power trunk release -Factory alarm -Leather interior. The good about this car: This car is owned by my Uncle, he is a non smoker. I am selling it for him since he just bought a brand new Chrysler 300. This was his daily driver, and road trip vehicle. So it saw plenty of highway miles as well as city miles. He always took it to the dealer for service. The engine runs great! It has plenty of power in the pedal when you need it. The engine has no visible oil or coolant leaks Transmission shifts nice and smooth, there are no clunks or knocks from either drive system. This car would make an excellent first car, or an excellent daily driver for someone. The Chrysler Concorde is like a "poor mans Cadillac." You still have luxury without the price tag. All the electronics work including the C.D. changer. The bad: The biggest problem is the A/C does not blow cold air. There must be a leak in the system somewhere, so it may or may not be an easy fix. The Front tires are rounded, but the rears are O.K. (see pic) I believe the rear has a very slow leak, but nothing that can't be fixed for no more than 10 bucks. There are a few "cosmetic" issues, such as small cracks in the bumpers, but nothing that takes away from the beauty of this car. Step back 5 steps, and you don't see them. Also there are a few small dings and scratches, but still nothing that takes away from how sharp this car really is. There is no visible rust that I can see on the outside. Be sure to see the video I made, it demonstrates some of the features as well as you can hear the car running. Business. This car is priced reasonably for the air conditioning problem. It is at the lower end of the blue book value. Please no lowball offers, If you are intending to resell or part out this car, I will not sell it to you. It is too nice. The car comes with signed title, and a bill of sale. You should have no problem registering it anywhere except maybe california because they have weird car laws there. . . This car is local pickup only. If you want to pay to have someone ship it, I will do the best I can to help. Otherwise this car will have to be trailered or driven to your destination. (I would stop at a gas station first if you intend to drive it far.) Please see the photos, I took to be sure about your purchase. I am more than happy to show anyone the car who is local but please send me a message to set up an appointment. Fine Print* If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I do not ship any items unless I receive cleared payment first. Please, Please, Please leave me feedback. I always leave feedback for you. Leaving me feedback lets me know that your item arrived to you safely. Many people have not left me feedback as of late, because of this, I will not leave feedback for you unless you leave it for me first. If there is a problem please contact me, and we can work things out. |

Next-gen Jeep Wrangler to pack 300-hp Hurricane turbo four
Mon, May 9 2016Fiat Chrysler has been working for some time now on a new turbocharged four-cylinder engine. Dubbed "Hurricane," the engine is now said to produce nearly 300 horsepower. And its first application could be in the next-generation Jeep Wrangler. With that much power coming from such a small engine, the Hurricane would offer an even higher level of specific output than the 1.75-liter engine in the Alfa Romeo 4C – one of FCA's highest-stressed engines – far eclipsing the 4C's 120 horsepower per liter with 150 hp/l. By way of comparison, the latest 2.0-liter, four-cylinder version of Ford's EcoBoost engine produces "only" 245 hp (122.5 hp/l). The 2.0-liter turbo four in the latest Mercedes-AMG CLA45 and GLA45, however, produces 375 hp. To get so much out of so little an engine, FCA will utilize a twin-scroll turbocharger and variable valve timing. That could make it ideally suited towards a compact performance model, but according to Automotive News, its first application could be in the new the Wrangler. The larger 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 produces 285 hp, nearly as much as the Hurricane will. But with a smaller engine, an eight-speed transmission, and aluminum construction, the new Jeep will likely benefit from dramatically-improved fuel consumption. Related Video:
Chrysler to reveal next minivan at 2016 Detroit Auto Show
Tue, Jan 13 2015All eyes in the industry are presently fixed on this year's Detroit Auto Show, but over at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, they're already looking towards next year's show. That's when the Italian-American automaker says it'll unveil the next Chrysler minivan. The announcement, made on the FCA Corporate Twitter feed, promises that the next Pentastar minivan will debut in January 2016, which (along with the hashtag NAIAS) suggests the next-generation family hauler will debut at the Detroit show next year. Auburn Hills is expected to replace the current Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan with two all-new models: one keeping the minivan form, and the other shifting into more of a crossover. Just which nameplate gets the new form factor, and which will debut at Cobo next year, we don't know. Odds are good that it'll be the minivan not the CUV, though. Chrysler's minivan has been a winning business for the Detroit automaker, pioneering the segment, outselling the competition and marketing around the world under more brands and nameplates than just about anything else in the industry. The vehicle has been sold as the Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country, Chrysler Voyager, Plymouth Voyager, Lancia Voyager, Ram Cargo Van and Volkswagen Routan, to say nothing of long-wheelbase Grand versions of many of the aforementioned nameplates. Chrysler withdraws from UK market
Tue, Mar 17 2015Ford factors big in the British market, as does GM's Vauxhall brand. But one automaker that will be missing from the UK from here on out will be Chrysler, as the latest reports coming in from the British Isles indicate that the American brand is closing up shop. For the past few years, Chrysler has been selling a combination of its own models as well as rebadged Lancias to British customers, but has been having a tough time making a go of it. After just a few short years of lackluster sales, Chrysler UK ceased selling the Delta, and according to Auto Express, is now withdrawing the 300C and Grand Voyager as well. That leaves just the Ypsilon, which will reportedly continue on an on-demand basis if customers ask for it, but even that will end by 2017. The withdrawal of the Chrysler brand from the British market mirrors that of Lancia, under whose name the same models are sold in continental Europe but which is now being confined strictly to Italy, where it will similarly continue to sell the Ypsilon. Of course that doesn't mean that FCA is withdrawing from the British market altogether. The Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands will continue being offered in the UK, as will Maserati and Ferrari. Just don't expect to see many wing-badged Chryslers on the high street anymore – not that you would have until now. Last year the Chrysler brand reportedly sold fewer than 2,000 units in the UK, compared to the 10,000+ examples of just the Fiat 500 it moves there every month.
