2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager Se on 2040-cars
Middleburg, Pennsylvania, United States
Up for sale is a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager SE, 3 rd. Row seat so it can seat 7, silver with gray interior, automatic transmission, dual sliding doors, 6 cylinder engine, A/C, cruise control, pwr. windows and door locks, current inspection until 8/14, roof rack, radio with cassette and CD player but CD player is not working, A/C and heat worked good before it was parked, there is some dings and dents on the hood, and some rust on the hood as well as seen in the pictures, some rust starting along the bottom of the sliding door as pictured, NEW windshield in 2013 because there was a crack in it, tires are in fairly decent shape, I was in an accident in July, 2013 and the right front fender was hit and we replaced it with a new black fender as pictured, we also put NEW headlights in it because the right one was damaged in the accident so we replaced both headlights with NEW ones, mileage is 180,560 and the right back quarter was hit in my driveway by my daughter so that will need a rear tail light because we haven't replaced it, it has red plastic on it for now. When the rear quarter was hit I had a problem with my turn signals not working so we had them by passed and we put a toggle switch below the original turn signal switch to work the turn signals so, you have to use it for the turn signals now which is confusing, and it is pictured so you can see it. The carpets are stained pretty bad from the previous owner, and the headliner has some burn marks on it from the previous owner as well. He hauled lawn equipment in it. We used it for some hauling too. The reason I'm selling it is because the transmission seal is leaking and since then I bought another vehicle instead of fixing it. The van runs good and it will still pull its self but when you put transmission fluid in it, it leaks back out. I WOULD NOT DRIVE IT, IT WILL NEED TOWED to prevent further damage. So it has been parked. We never had any problems with the van it served us well and we had it to Florida and back with no issues before the seal started leaking bad. There is no warranty, I'm selling it AS-IS, we never smoked in it but I do not know if the previous owner did, this is a used van with wear and tear and dings and dents and the damage I stated above and you can see it in the pictures as well. I am trying to describe it to the best of my knowledge so hopefully I didn't miss anything so if you have any questions ask before you bid. This van is also up for sale locally too. Good Luck and thanks for bidding.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica is perfect for town and country
Mon, Jan 11 2016The Pacifica has returned. In a surprising move, Chrysler revived the name of its old three-row CUV for the long-serving Town & Country's replacement. That's a bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off. Chrysler's new minivan offers a tremendous improvement on its predecessor in terms of interior and exterior design, available technology, and powertrain. Design inspiration is most clearly drawn from the brand's 200 sedan, both inside and out. Gone are the egg-crate grille, blocky headlights, and vertical taillights of the old van, all of which have been replaced with slim, stylish units. Doubtlessly destined for high-end trims, Chrysler will also offer a 200-style, two-tone interior with over 35 inches of screen real estate. 8.4 inches are reserved for the central UConnect display, while drivers have their own seven-inch display in the instrument cluster. As for the kiddies, they're the big winners, with a pair of ten-inch touchscreen displays in the back. Underhood, the big news is reserved for the new plug-in-hybrid powertrain. You can read all about that here. For right now, we'll focus on the familiar 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 and its accompanying nine-speed automatic transmission. There is 287 horsepower, 262 pound-feet of torque, and what will likely be a healthy improvement in fuel economy over the old Town & Country. You can read much more on the all-new Pacifica from our original post last night. We've also got a fresh gallery of live images from its big debut here at Detroit's Cobo Center, available up top.
2017 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid starts at $43,090, or just over $35,000 with a tax credit
Tue, Nov 15 2016Chrysler has announced pricing for its 2017 Pacifica Hybrid plug-in minivan, and with the federal tax credit, it's priced similarly to mid-range vans. The Hybrid Premium starts at $43,990, or $35,590 after the credit, and the Hybrid Platinum starts at $46,090, or $38,590 with the credit. In Chrysler's line-up, these are close in cost to the Touring L and Touring L Plus Pacifica models, as well as mid-level trims on competitors' minivans. The big difference being that the Pacifica Hybrid provides up to 30 miles of electric range on a full charge and an 80 MPGe rating in the city. The Pacifica Hybrid is equipped similarly to the mid-range Pacificas. The Premium trim comes standard with leather seats all around, seat heaters for the front, remote start with pre-conditioning, three-zone automatic climate control, active noise cancellation, 7.3 inch color display in the instrument panel, and the SafetyTec package. This package includes features such as rear park assist and blind-spot monitoring. The Platinum trim adds Nappa leather and front ventilated seats, a heated two-tone steering wheel, 13-speaker sound system, Uconnect Theater rear entertainment, and a programmable key for young drivers (or sketchy-looking valets). At a potential price of just over $35,000, the Pacifica Hybrid is an appealing package, since it's a plug-in hybrid with usable range and loads of space. However, this is the case as long as the tax credit holds out. Once the credit is no longer available, the Pacifica Hybrid will top the line for pricing. At that point, its value proposition will have to be weighed more heavily against its green cred and driving dynamics. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica isn't your parents' Town & Country [w/video]
Mon, Jan 11 2016I'm sick of people hating on minivans. There's something about two incredibly functional sliding doors that give people this idea that they've given up, and given in to family life. But if the van you see here had two fixed rear doors, and maybe an extra inch of ride height, it'd be gobbled up like mad as part of the growing crossover craze. So yes, the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica – that's right, Pacifica – is a minivan. But it's so packed full of features, technology, and functionality, that you really ought to look past those sliding doors. There promises to be an incredibly rewarding vehicle within. The 2017 Pacifica rides on an all-new platform, but dimensionally, it's similar to the outgoing Town & Country. That whole "ugh, minivans" thing is one of the reasons why Chrysler decided to axe the Town & Country name for 2017. Simply put, the target customers for the new minivan (young parents) would have grown up in their parents' Town & Country vans (or Caravans, or Voyagers...) in the 1980s. Three decades later, FCA wants to make it absolutely clear that this isn't just your parents' minivan. Why it chose to bring back the name of a lackluster part of its mid-2000s history, though, is anyone's guess. The 2017 Pacifica rides on an all-new platform, but dimensionally, it's similar to the outgoing Town & Country. It's a tenth of an inch shorter in length, about an inch wider, and roughly half an inch taller. The body itself looks great – influence from the 200 sedan is obvious up front, and around back in the taillights, and top-trim models can be had with 20-inch wheels – a big change from the old van, which topped out with 17-inch rolling stock. There's big weight-savings here, too – the Pacifica tips the scales at 4,330 pounds in base spec, which is over 300 pounds less than the Town & Country. Inside, it's more of the same from Chrysler. The interior design uses language brought up from the 200, and the different color and material choices look really rich, especially in Limited Premium trim. Of course, I'll wait to make final judgments on the cabin until I see it in base cloth spec, rife with kid fingerprints and french fries ground into the carpets. Up front, the Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen houses familiar infotainment functionality, and for backseat passengers, there's a new Uconnect Theater system, with a pair of 10-inch touchscreen displays.
