Increased driving distance forces me to CONSIDER selling my pride and joy!
Too much to list but here goes: 2006 Fully Loaded All Wheel Drive Trailblazer SS with around 71K miles D1SC Procharger Holley Hi Ram Intake Manifold, Port Matched L92 Cylinder Heads Fully CNC ported by G.R.E. Custom Cam Hi Perf Oil Pump Kooks 1 7/8" Stainless Longtube Headers Doug's 3" Electric Cutout AEM Air Fuel Gauge Auto Meter Boost and Fuel Pressure Gauges in Custom Made Vent Pods FLT Level VII Transmission (less than 3K miles on it) Yank 3600 Torque Converter (less than 3K miles on it) Custom Tune HID Headlights (4300K) Custom Tinted Tail Lights Blacked Out SS logos Extra Large Auxiliary Transmission Cooler Dual Fuel Pump Setup (Return Style) Magnaflow Exhaust Undercoated GM Paint Protection Front Windows Tinted to Match Rears LED Reverse Lights Alky Meth Injection Lowered with new Bell-Tech Shocks and Struts (500 miles or less on them) PCM Big 3 Grounding Kit Exterior has one small dent ($600fix or less, might pull out) and shows what I consider less than normal wear for a 8yr old vehicle. A lot of it would buff out. The interior is also in great shape, no tears or spills. I WILL NOT PART IT OUT and NO JOYRIDES, this is my pride and joy and I will be the only one driving it before it leaves. This truck flys and will still tow a small trailer (1500lbs safely as it sits now). Could be a 10 second truck with a little more boost...and traction of course. I'd like to get $22,500 or best offer, don't waste my time with lowball offers. I don't NEED to sell it. Email or text to discuss (I'm frequently unavailable) 8four7fourfive21four3one |

Ford also working on 200-mile EV to compete with Bolt, Model 3
Fri, Mar 6 2015The Chevrolet Bolt is on a lot of people's radars. You may have even noticed friends and colleagues who harbor very little interest in the automotive world, or anything labeled as "green," who have taken notice of a 200-mile electric vehicle coming out of Detroit. Mass appeal is the idea, after all. You can include Ford in the list of interested parties, in this case with the intention of taking direct aim at the Bolt – and, by proxy, the Tesla Model 3 – with an affordable, long-range EV of its own. Ford will unveil its own long-range EV, positioned to compete with Chevrolet, later this year, according to Automobile. Details are very scarce about Ford's plans, but we do know that the Bolt (or whatever the Chevy all-electric hatchback will end up being called) is expected to offer over 200 miles of driving between charges, with a sticker price around $30,000. The other major player, of course, is Tesla's smaller, more affordable sibling to the Model S. The Model 3, also slated to go on sale in 2017, should cost less than $40,000. While Tesla has established itself in the EV world, another long-range EV out of Detroit would win some customers from the California-based startup. For now, though, we'll just have to wait, as Ford remains tight-lipped about its plans for the car. Automobile predicts a possible unveiling at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, what with California's EV mandate being a driver of strategy for various automakers. Most can agree, though, that a larger field of options – while not ideal for backers of the Bolt or Model 3 – will only benefit the car-buying public. GM follows Ford and Honda in skipping SEMA
Fri, May 20 2022The list of automakers skipping SEMA has become longer. First reported by Muscle Cars and Trucks, and confirmed to us by a company representative, General Motors will not have an official presence at the aftermarket show. It joins Ford and Honda in leaving the show. It will be a large hole in the show, with the GM brands typically filling a significant swath of available show space in one of the main halls. GM hasn't provided much explanation for the move, either. The GM representative provided Autoblog with the same statement that Muscle Cars and Trucks got: "GM has made the decision not to participate in the 2022 SEMA Show. The SEMA show has always inspired us, and accessories and performance parts remain an important part of our business." We also asked if we would see any sort of announcements around the time of the show — Ford said it has plans to share some things around that time — however, the GM representative said that the company has no immediate plans for announcements. Certainly things could change between now and the November show, though. SEMA had previously noted that other exhibitors would help fill in some of the space vacated by these major OEMs. Another OEM, Volkswagen, is returning to the show after an absence, which will also help with the display deficit.
