this 2004 chevy trailblazer 2nd owner new owner would be 3rd I have clear title I buy it in 2009 with 41000 miles ,an paid 17000.00 I have put about 19000.00 ,it has been winter suv for me ,has cold AC the inside is 97% clean outside 95% ,has about 25 to 30.000 left on tires ,I will put brand new battery in before sale ,like mentioned above sunroof needs repaired I think its a braket that brock when has snow an ice on it ,it was at car wash one time a week in winter to keep salt off,i am selling it couse I have 2 other cars a summer car winter car ,if I jump around a bit sorry ,gets oil changed regular an inbetween I use stp oil treatment on all my cars ,it will get full waxing an inside cleaning before sale .so its dirty in pictures ,I figure the low miles may get ones eyes ,going to hit 59000 soon ,these came with heat shields on the brakes so a certain times they rub guessing about 100.00 to have removed ,the brakes were brand new at 41000 as well as the tires ,though its dirty not bad pics ,takes me about half day to clean it right full detail ,the kelly blue book in excelent shape is $8600.00 very good 8300.00 an good 8100. fair 7368.00,all cleaned up I would say its good to very good ,with sunroof repair 100.00 so about 200.00 at good puts it at $7900.00.00,msrp was basically $30.000 new ,so with the low miles I seen guys selling them for $8000.00 with 140.000 miles ,don't think many people will go there ,there was one anyway on hear ,pleace anyone not serious an wanting the low miles suv for less then $7000.00 please try a dealership who will get 10.000 all day after they detail it ,there was no keyless entry with it ,but that can be had for like 50.00 ,4wd works fine ,so like I say I am not sure there are many low miles ones out there for such a great price ,it has tow pack ,question call me at 1 603 242 6536 ,buyer will pick up or have it shipped .like said a brand new battery will be put in it other is not dead yet but needs replacement at 9 years old ,full wax an inside detailed .if it was not mentioned meens its just fine oh yes rear window wiper needs replaced, note on report failed emtions from the dead battery an gas cap replaced last winter ,these actually have to be reset takes about 500 miles to reset other wise score would be better ,not that its bad ,another note is the NADA wich dealers go by $7400.00 trade in value ,we know our cars worth more then they offer us ,though that it .then they sell it for retail $9550.00 ,so my price is not bad ,do the homework like I say ,an I mean while will get on cleaning it up for you scott ,so $7000.00 buys it that's 10.000 for my 19000 miles .don't wait to long call

Poor headlights cause 40 cars to miss IIHS Top Safety Pick rating
Mon, Aug 6 2018Over the past few months, we've noticed a number of cars and SUVs that have come incredibly close to earning one of the IIHS's highest accolades, the Top Safety Pick rating. They have great crash test scores and solid automatic emergency braking and forward collision warning systems. What trips them up is headlights. That got us wondering, how many vehicles are there that are coming up short because they don't have headlights that meet the organization's criteria for an "Acceptable" or "Good" rating. This is a revision made after 2017, a year in which headlights weren't factored in for this specific award. This is also why why some vehicles, such as the Ford F-150, might have had the award last year, but have lost it for this year. We reached out to someone at IIHS to find out. He responded with the following car models. Depending on how you count, a whopping 40 models crash well enough to receive the rating, but don't get it because their headlights are either "Poor" or "Marginal." We say depending on how you count because the IIHS actual counts truck body styles differently, and the Infiniti Q70 is a special case. Apparently the version of the Q70 that has good headlights doesn't have adequate forward collision prevention technology. And the one that has good forward collision tech doesn't have good enough headlights. We've provided the entire list of vehicles below in alphabetical order. Interestingly, it seems the Volkswagen Group is having the most difficulty providing good headlights with its otherwise safe cars. It had the most models on the list at 9 split between Audi and Volkswagen. GM is next in line with 7 models. It is worth noting again that though these vehicles have subpar headlights and don't quite earn Top Safety Pick awards, that doesn't mean they're unsafe. They all score well enough in crash testing and forward collision prevention that they would get the coveted award if the lights were better.
Recharge Wrap-up: Phoenix Cars delivers ZEUS to Navy, Volt saves gas compared to i-MiEV
Thu, Apr 23 2015Phoenix Cars has delivered its first Zero Emissions Utility Shuttle (ZEUS) flatbed truck to the US Navy. The electric flatbed will be used to transport maintenance materials around Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme. The Phoenix ZEUS features a 100-mile range, and can charge in just three hours. It also features vehicle-to-grid technology and direct power capability, allowing it to function as a mobile power station. ZEUS customers enjoy an eight-year/300,000-mile battery warranty and round-the-clock technical support from Phoenix. Phoenix launched an electric passenger shuttle last year, and years ago worked on an electric sport utility truck before shifting over to larger vehicles. Read more in the press release from Phoenix Cars. A man found that he used less gas by trading in his Mitsubishi i-MiEV for a Chevrolet Volt. Ben Rich saved fuel in part by using his Volt for road trips rather than needing to rent cars. Rich also found other benefits to driving a Volt, including more comfort, more freedom of movement and less range anxiety. Rich often had to turn off the heat in the winter to eke out precious miles in the Mitsubishi, which he needn't do in the Chevy, though he did have a gripe about the Volt using the gas motor to warm the car. ChargePoint has tallied over 9 million charging sessions for a total of 65 gigawatt hours of energy. Based on national efficiency averages of three miles per kWh and 23.9 miles per gallon, this has saved 8.2 million gallons of gasoline and 60 million pounds of CO2. This accounts for what ChargePoint calls a "huge environmental impact." Read more in the release from ChargePoint below. The Environmental Impact of ChargePoint Drivers Campbell, Calif.– We all know electric vehicles (EV) have enormous environmental advantages over gas vehicles. Plug-in EVs reduce carbon-based greenhouse gases, improve air quality and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. EV drivers on the ChargePoint network have had a huge environmental impact. With over 9 million charging sessions delivering 65 gigawatt hours of energy, EV drivers have avoided over 60 million pounds of CO2 and 8.2 million gallons of gasoline, and driven over 196 million gas-free miles. *Based on national averages: EV efficiency of 3 miles per kWh, gas efficiency of 23.9 mpg and a net savings of 0.924 pounds of CO2 per kWh.
