I am selling my 1995 Chevrolet Suburban K1500 6.5 Liter Turbocharged V8 Diesel. Gets an average of 17mpg city and highway combined. If you drive on cruise you can get 20 mpg easily, Recently i took this truck up north about 600 miles with no problems. The gas tank has a capacity of 42 gallons so at full tank you can drive over 800 miles before refueling. Has treated me well but i have a newer truck, so it must go. There are no check engine lights or any warning lights of any sort. Very reliable and will take you anywhere with no worries. I have done many repairs such as:

-New starter

-New PMD (relocated as well)

-New fuel pump

-New sending unit

-New Ac Condenser(and lines etc)

-2 new batteries

-and more have receipts

this truck is a rare find with the K1500 package(8 lugs and heavyduty package). It also has leather interior and side steps. Next owner will be happy

I forgot to mention that it has a third row seat, i just have it out of the truck at the moment but i will put it back on before sale.

ac seems that its not holding freon not sure but with all the thousands i put on the truck including about $450 for the ac, i suspect that its leaking from the rear since this truck has dual ac.

GM investing $167m in Spring Hill for new midsize vehicles

General Motors has announced a large investment in its Spring Hill, Tennessee facility. The former home of Saturn production will be getting a $167 million addition to a previously announced $183 million, to cover a pair of new midsize vehicles. The investment is expected to create 1,800 jobs at the factory.
That $350 million is being divvied up for a pair of programs at Spring Hill. The first will take the bulk of the money ($223 million) and create 1,000 of the 1,800 jobs, while the other will take the remaining $127 million and generate the leftover 800 positions. But GM says the investment will cover "midsize vehicle programs." So what could they be?
The leading candidate in our minds is a new crossover for Buick, called the Anthem, that will slot between the Encore and Enclave, but will be slightly smaller than the Equinox and Terrain. As we've explained, the new model will likely be the first product to sport GM's new D2UX platform, which will eventually replace both the Delta and Theta platforms. Spring Hill is already building the Equinox, so there could be some credence to this theory.

First 2014 Chevy Corvette Stingray spotted crashed in the wild

This restyled blue 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is wearing manufacturer plates, and it appears to be the same one seen around the internet in various pictures lately. This crash is likely not part of the Chevrolet testing regimen, however. Digital Corvettes forum member gpetry posted the shot with a note: "got this picture e-mailed from a friend in Arizona last week..." No circumstances are given, other than the incident occurred in the thick of a set of curvy roads, and the coupe ping-ponged off a guardrail and into the rock wall. Hopefully everyone involved in the incident walked away.
It may not be a pretty thing to see, a crashed sports car that's not even available for sale yet, but rest easy. Many pre-production cars are used for development and then unceremoniously crushed and scrapped, anyway. If that's the case here, that makes this wrecked 'Vette less of a tragedy and more of a case of exceptional efficiency.
