Car Club USA travels to Bowling Green, KY to document the annual Corvette Homecoming, where owners travel from around the country to reconnect with the manufacturing birthplace of their vehicles. We follow two contestants in the "Show and Shine" competition, for whom the human connection at the event is just as important as showing off their wheels. "That's probably the biggest thing about this weekend," says one attendee, "there's a connection with Corvette people." Of course, the grandeur seeing stunners like a 1959 Corvette convertible, 1966 Big Block and 2002 Z06 is worth the price of admission. 2014 Chevy Silverado High Country spied wearing trappings of new luxury trim

Spy photographers have spotted the new Chevrolet Silverado High Country and GMC Sierra Denali out on public streets for a little testing. From the looks of things, the Silverado will receive a much-differentiated front fascia along with special badges and those honking 20-inch chrome wheels. Expect to find a more posh interior as well. Likewise, the Sierra Denali will wear a tweaked nose with the familiar Denali bling. The one of the GMC trucks spotted here rolls on 21-inch gunmetal wheels instead of the 20-inch chrome pieces of the High Country.
Word has it both trucks will go on sale after the Texas State Fair this summer. While General Motors hasn't said for certain what we can expect to find under the hood, we'd be surprised to see anything outside of the range of engines found in the standard Silverado and Sierra models. That means buyers should be able to get their hands on the efficient, 23-miles per gallon 5.3-liter V8.

2016 Chevy Equinox brings its revised face to Chicago

It's vital these days for automakers to keep up with the Jones' when in the crossover market. The segment is just too popular among buyers to let a vehicle waste away, and Chevrolet is giving the 2016 Equinox a slight refresh at the Chicago Auto Show to hopefully keep people interested. In reality, though, the CUV isn't too much different beyond a tweaked face and some interior improvements. The exterior now boasts a revised front fascia with a chrome-accented grille and projector beam headlights, and at the rear there are new taillights. Top -evel models get LED running lights, as well. Inside, the Equinox features a standard seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a backup cam, and for added safety, the CUV is now available with rear cross traffic and blade zone alert on some trims. Beyond these updates, the powertrains carry over entirely from before with the choice between a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and a 3.6-liter V6. These refreshed 2016 models go on sale this fall.
