I have a 2002 Chevy 2500Hd that I bought with no motor in it. I was going to put a motor in it and use it but I just don't have time. Its totally solid and the cab and front clip are not dented or anything. The bed has some dents and the top of the bed rails are torn up from a ladder rack or something. The interior is pretty dirty and the rubber floor is in bad shape. The drivers side window crank is missing. The dash is is good shape. They took the motor out for a camaro is what they told me. The trans and transfer case is still in it. They didn't cut the wires from what I can see but they did cut the oil cooler lines and I think the a/c lines. The frame is real solid and overall the whole truck is solid. I just don't have time to put it together. Please feel free to ask me anything about it. I don't want anyone to not be happy as I have perfect feedback and want to keep it that way. Thanks.
On Oct-14-13 at 06:54:01 PDT, seller added the following information: I don't think any wiring has been cut from what I can see and there is still a computer mounted on the drivers side front of the wheel well behind the headlight. Also the title is clear and in my name. I forgot to mention that earlier. The radiator is in it but the fins are beat up from them pulling the motor and the fan shroud is missing. The frame is surface rusted but not rotten anywhere. Thanks. Chevy bringing updated Equinox to Chicago
Fri, Feb 6 2015An updated Chevy Equinox will be revealed at next week's Chicago Auto Show, the automaker confirmed Friday in a press release. The debut of the updated, 2016 Equinox comes on the heels of the midsize crossover – pictured above in its current, 2015-model-year form – posting its best January sales month ever. No details have been released, but Chevy did send out the teaser image you see at right, showing an updated front fascia with new headlamps and LED running lights. This update for the Equinox can't come soon enough. The midsize crossover segment is huge right now, and Chevy's player has largely been unchanged since the second-generation Equinox debuted in 2009. When asked about when we might see a tweaked version of the GMC Terrain – the Equinox's sibling – a General Motors spokesperson could not confirm any specific timing. In any case, we'll bring you all the official details of the new Equinox when it shows its updated face, next week. Thu, 02 May 2013With Mother's Day coming up, we're always looking for new gift ideas to celebrate the occasion, but hot laps around a track might not be the best suggestion for Darius Khashabi. In a video posted on YouTube, Khashabi straps his mom into the passenger seat of his C6 Corvette Z06 for some laps around Sonoma Raceway (formerly Infineon Raceway) at "60 percent" with comical results.
Now this isn't the first time Mama Khashabi has gotten seat time in her son's car around a track, as his YouTube page shows him pulling a similar stunt - with similar results - around Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca last year. Amelia Island 2013: Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray from concepts to split windows
Wed, 13 Mar 2013While this year marks 60 years of the Chevrolet Corvette, the 2013 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance focused on one of the coupe's most sought after models, the 1963 Sting Ray. General Motors design boss Ed Welburn was on hand to show off the all-new C7 Corvette, but even the hard-edged styling of the 2014 Stingray couldn't take away from the beautiful 1963 models sitting out on the field.
In addition to the original Sting Ray and the 1959 Sting Ray Concept, some of the other classic 'Vettes included "Big Tank" racecars, an interesting cutaway coupe, a right-hand-drive Z06 and the attention-grabbing 1963 Corvette Rondine by Pininfarina. Another impressive Corvette was the 1964 Corvette XP-819 rear-engine prototype. Owner Mike Yager had the car finished as a driving chassis for this year's show, but promises the car will be back to its original glory in time for next year's event.
