  Hello All !

I have here a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS pickup truck with extended cab and 4 doors and rear wheel drive in a two tone dark blue and sliver paint finish with gray leather interior.

View Slide Show Here!

I've owned this truck now for 4 years and found that I am the third owner of it and that all its maintenance records were kept at both the local Chevy dealer and the Valvoline instant oil change centers that are local to me.  this truck has been very well maintained before and after I got it. and at 141327 miles I would not be afraid to  drive this truck anywhere.. in fact I drove it to Montreal Canada 3 years ago from Chattanooga TN and she did just great. and she drove from Chattanooga to Miami Fl pulling a very large trailer. for my company.
I've had no issues with it apart from normal maintenance.
the air conditioning is very Cold and was serviced early this year. the oil was changed just last week again at Valvoline which they did mention it was almost time to change out the serpentine belts and flush the trans. .and I just replaced all the outside lamp bulbs.

the truck does have a few small issues.
the windshield washer fluid line needs to be replaced.
Both front door speakers need replaced.   the rear speakers work fine. and the front door tweeters work fine
the radio has 2 missing plastic knobs, but everything on the radio functions perfectly. Please see the photos for this.
and the radio has some internal  "dash light"  bulbs that need replaced.
the driver side seat is showing signs of wear which can be seen in the photos.
the finish has lots of little scuffs and dings and she could probably use a paint job sometime soon  I mean it has had 141327 miles its not garaged kept its a work truck.. just well taken care of.

inside she's a real cowboy Cadillac. she has every major option except Onstar.
I'd be surprised if someone was dissappointed in this one. she rides and drives great.  she's clean, cool, comfortable, and quiet. mechanically, this truck has never given me a moments problem.

So if its so great, why am I selling it?     it's simply about economics.
I have set my reserve price to cover a small loan on this truck.  but my other vehicle is on that loan as well, and it's value will easily cover the total loan value.. and my finance company has already agreed to this.
I just need to extract this truck from that loan is all,  and if the bid hits my minimum price,  then there will be no issues.  it will have a clear Georgia title with it. and I can get my other car paid off quicker. I truly hate to part with it. but vehicles come and go.

Payment  forms:  I need 1000 down by paypal in 48 hours from end of auction or the truck goes up to the second chance bidder.
the total payment will need to be taken care of prior to either the shipping or the local  pickup of the vehicle.
I prefer a Bank wire transfer or bank cashiers Check. all Checks must clear my bank before the shipping or the pickup of the vehicle.
taxes, title, and any other fees, are to be paid by the buyer.
all Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer..  I can help with arrangements for shipping from this end if necessary.
if you wish to pickup the truck locally  then please bring a locally drawn Bank cashiers check. once you have won the auction and paid the 1000 down,

So check out the slide show below and
Thank you for looking at my auctions and I hope you had fun!

Do you guys like trucks?

Wed, Jan 17 2018

Do you guys like trucks? If the answer is yes, boy do we have the show for you! The 2018 North American International Auto Show is lousy with 'em. Yeah, we saw the new Ram 1500, Chevy Silverado and Ford Ranger, but that's just scratching the surface. There are big trucks, little trucks, clean trucks, dirty trucks, old trucks, new trucks, red trucks, blue trucks. It's like a Dr. Seuss book. Anyway, we made a little video for you truck nuts (see what I did there?). Check it out above, and if you're looking for more serious coverage of the Detroit Auto Show, we've got it, along with a ton of images and other videos from the show floor. Enjoy! Want a V8 on the cheap? Buy a work truck

Thu, Aug 3 2017

In case you didn't notice, V8 cars have gotten pretty expensive. If you want a modern muscle car like the Dodge Challenger R/T, Ford Mustang GT, or Chevy Camaro SS, you'll need between $34,000 and $38,000 for a stripped out example of one. The cheapest of those is the Challenger, and the priciest is the Camaro. These are also the cheapest V8 cars the companies offer. But if you absolutely have to have a V8 for less, there is an option, work trucks. As it turns out, all of the Big Three offer their most basic work trucks with V8s. And because they're so basic, they're pretty affordable, especially when sticking with the standard two-wheel drive. A Ram 1500 Tradesman with a V8 can be had for as little as $29,840, which is a little more than $4,000 less than a Challenger R/T. For a bit more at $30,275, you can have a Chevy Silverado W/T, almost $8,000 less than a Camaro SS. The most expensive is the V8 Ford F-150 starts at a starting price of $30,670, which is a bit over $5,000 less than the Mustang. Of course you'll be in an ultra bare bones vehicle with few comforts, and the price will go up if you add stuff, but we're bargain hunting here, and sacrifices are sometimes necessary. Besides, what you lose in comfort, you gain in loads of cargo space and towing (try to look at the bright side). Also, as a side note, all three trucks are available with optional electronic locking rear differentials. At the discounted price of these trucks, you still get a heaping helping of power. The most potent of the trio is the Ram 1500 Tradesman with 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque generated by a 5.7-liter V8. Compared with the Challenger R/T, the Ram is up by 20 horsepower and they're tied for torque. The value proposition is even more stark between the two vehicles when looking at the price per horsepower. Each pony in the Ram costs $75.54, while the Challenger charges you $90.91. The Challenger is also more expensive per horsepower than its close competitors. The F-150's 5.0-liter V8 is just barely behind the Ram with 395 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. That's still more power than the Challenger, and it matches the torque of the 2017 Mustang GT. On the down side, it still would be down 20 horsepower on that same 2017 Mustang, and it's behind by 60 horsepower and 20 pound-feet on the new 2018 Mustang GT. The F-150 also just edges out the Mustang in the dollar per horsepower measure.

Sunday Drive: Performance comes in many shapes and sizes

Sun, Nov 19 2017

The Chevrolet Corvette has always stood out as a bastion of reasonably priced performance, and the latest 'Vette has that in spades. And while its expected starting price of around $120,000 certainly isn't cheap, it's an undeniable deal in the supercar world – remember, this thing'll do 210 miles per hour thanks to its 755-horsepower supercharged V8 engine. And did you get a load of that massive rear wing? Team Corvette's longtime foe, the Porsche 911, is similarly hellbent on ultimate performance. And as a reminder of how long the Corvette/911 rivalry has been melting tires we present the 1990 Porsche 911 as reimagined by Singer you see below. It's beautiful, it's green, and it's packing 500 air-cooled horsepower. You don't have to burn gasoline to go fast, as proven by the second-generation Tesla Roadster, which was revealed as a surprise late last week. Elon Musk says it'll be the quickest car in the world with a 0-60 time of just 1.9 seconds. And while you may not think of a semi truck when you think speed, the Tesla Semi can do 0-60 in 5 seconds flat unloaded, or in 20 seconds with a load of 80,000 pounds. Compared to today's crop of diesel semis, that's amazing. Continuing the truck theme, we present an artists rendering of what the next-generation Ram 1500 pickup may look like. Spoiler alert: Ram's mini-semi look is giving way to something much more modern. There may even be a first-of-its-kind split tailgate at the rear. And if you don't think the Ram 1500 has anything to do with performance, we should remind you that it's one of the cheapest ways to get a tire-shredding Hemi V8 engine in America. 2019 Chevy Corvette ZR1: All hail the 755-horsepower C7 king This is the first Porsche 911 to get Singer and Williams' 500-horsepower engine Tesla Roadster surprise reveal | 'Quickest car in the world' Tesla Semi Truck revealed: Here are the key details This could be the next-generation 2019 Ram 1500 2019 Ram 1500 spotted with split tailgate
