This may be as close as you can get to the old saying,[having your cake and eating it too]There is no way you could build this nice of a S 10 for what it can be purchased for, cash offers will be looked at, trades? trade must be nice,The only reason it scores low on title search is the number of owners it has had',Here is my 1992 S10 pickup. It is built correct, the way everyone would like to have theirs, it fits into more places than older trucks, plus, It has much better driving, handling, and stopping power, plus a much better overall ride, also better gas mileage and performance than the older ones. With the power it has now,it will show the 35k new mustangs, cameros, challengers, new will not make you faster, plus it will not lose thousands when you drive it off the lot, It has alot of factory equipment that everyone wants also, like power steering, power disc brakes in front only, cruise (not working), tilt wheel, cold air conditioning, very nice 180 watt digital JVC AM-FM CD player with speakers in the dash and behind the seat. No holes were cut anywhere. Very clean interior. Very comfortable Tahoe high back bucket seats and console. Top of line 4-speed automatic B&M quick silver ratchet style shifter. All gauges work. As do speedometer, wipers, lights, turn signals, emergency brake, fuel gauge, heater, defroster, and all fan speeds. No after market gauges or tach hung in the interior to clutter it up. It is a southern truck built in Shrevport, Louisana. Only some minor surface rust under the truck. The paint on the truck is six years old, "Victory Red" base coat/clear coat. Has a few door dings and a few touch-ups - You will have to look to see them. The new stainless trim on the bottom of the truck is not covering up anything. The paint under it is just as nice as the rest of the truck. It also has a new snap type tonneau cover rail type system. The paint I would rate a solid 71/2 out of 10. The chrome is nice, looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures. The wheels are American Racing smoothes. The tires are solid raised white letter Master Craft Avenger GT radials, 70% tread. Now for the motor: Has a 1995 Impala SS LT-1 350 ci multiport fuel injected engine and matching 4L60E overdrive transmission. Note how nice the engine sits in the engine bay, very clean, neat, just like it came with it. The motor and trans had 44K miles on them. Depends on who you want to believe, they show this motor up to 340 HP with no mods. I put a new map sensor, distributor cap, KNN air filter, computer tune which added approximately 50 horsepower. Truck is now showing 109,000 actual miles on the truck. That means the motor and trans now have 53,000 miles on them. The rear end has a 3:42 gear ratio. I have checked this a few times and got over 18 MPH. If it were on a long trip with no AC, my guess would be 20+. The truck has Magnaflow dual exhausts hooked to the catalytic converter. It has passed emissions tests with no additives to gas, so if you have that in your city, it should be no problem. Now, if you are curious whether it will run,let me say it will, but what I really like about it is that even at 10 MPH it's okay with no lumpy sounding cam or driving problems. A real sleeper, it will put most in their place, even big blocks.( I am an old drag racer and have proved that to the locals.) But just remember, it's just as happy running easy, AC on, stereo playing. It gives new meaning to a "Wolf in sheep's clothing!" I have over thirty years in paint and body work and mechanics. No B.S. here; it will be as described. If you drive to look at it, you will not be wasting your gas or your time. I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere, but it's always nice to trailer it home. Any questions? Email or call 660-355-4571 after 5 pm Central Time. to answer some questions, Yes you can drive this everyday, you can have it all with this truck, run errons, haul, tow ,wife can drive it,will retain its resale value, plus everything above, thanks for the questions

2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 vs. 2019 Ram 1500 vs. 2018 Ford F-150: How they compare
Mon, Jan 15 2018The full-size pickup truck market is seriously hot right now. Both Ram and Chevrolet have introduced completely redesigned trucks, the 2019 Ram 1500 and the 2019 Chevy Silverado, and as the companies slowly roll each one out, more and more information comes to light. We've put together this comparison post to help you keep track of all the features and specifications of each of these new models, along with the updated 2018 Ford F-150. Among the stats we'll take a look at are engines, power, fuel economy, trim levels, weight and more. Weight savings Both the 2019 Ram 1500 and 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 have gone on a diet for the new model year, similar to the one the F-150 went on in 2015. The Silverado is the weight-loss leader, having shed 450 pounds when comparing quad-cab V8 models. The Ram 1500 lost 225 pounds compared to the current truck. Both trucks achieve their weight loss in part due to the use of aluminum parts. On the Silverado, the hood, doors, and tailgate are aluminum, while on the Ram, just the hood and tailgate are aluminum on the body. Compare that to the F-150, which uses aluminum for all exterior body panels for a total weight loss of up to 732 pounds, which makes the aluminum-intensive F-150 the weight-loss leader. View 160 Photos Engines and transmissions There's only a bit of overlap in powertrains on the Ram 1500 and Chevy Silverado. Each has a V8 for the top engine. The Ram's is a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 making 395 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. The Silverado will once again use a 6.2-liter V8 as its range topper with the same 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque as the current model. Both of these V8s boast some extra fuel saving technology. The Chevy's 6.2-liter (and some 5.3-liters) comes with the company's latest cylinder deactivation system that can shut off any or nearly all of the eight cylinders. The Ram's V8 boasts an optional 48-volt mild-hybrid system that, in addition to likely helping fuel economy, can provide up to 130 pound-feet of torque right off the line. With the Ram, fuel economy sees an improvement of 2 mpg in the city and combined ratings for 17 and 19 respectively. Highway fuel economy improves by 1 mpg to 23 with two-wheel drive and 22 with four-wheel drive. The Silverado's 6.2-liter V8 only improves city fuel economy by 1 mpg to 16, and actually loses 1 mpg on the highway. The new 5.3-liter engine with the fancy cylinder deactivation does see an improvement over the simpler version.
