Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices.“0” feedback bidders should call or email prior to placing your bid We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Without this contact your bid will be cancelled. Buying a car on eBay can be exciting and yet confusing and we simply want to help you make the right decision and have fun in the process.

SHIPPING AND STORAGE.......We will gladly help you with logistics of shipping your new car. We can store it indoors for you until arrangements are made. We can also pick you up from The Manchester/Boston Regional Airport anytime at no cost. Due to the high cost of flying and fuel costs .....most people prefer to have their vehicles shipped. By not charging storage ....you can pick and choose better shipping prices and save more money. Payment If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $300.00 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order however, the full payment cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal unless prior authorization has been made with us. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.

Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make your buying experience a pleasurable one, especially after the sale.......PLEASE SEE OUR FEEDBACK AS-IS – No Warranties This vehicle is being sold as is –where is with no warranty expressed written or implied. 2016 Chevy Volt sneak peek at CES

Mon, Jan 5 2015

Here it is, folks – your first real glimpse at the 2016 Chevrolet Volt. The gasoline-electric sedan will officially debut at the Detroit Auto Show next week, but Chevy gave us a sneak peek of its redesigned Volt at a media event in Las Vegas late Sunday, as part of its CES festivities. There isn't a ton to see here, and sorry about the low quality video (and for us not standing front and center during the reveal). But we can clearly see the car's redesigned front fascia – something recently previewed at a fan event in Los Angeles. For another view, check out a high-res photo of the new Volt from our friends at The Verge, here. Chevy even tweeted a photo of the Volt's new nose on its official Volt Twitter account, which you can see below. The automaker didn't divulge any details about its new Volt, but we already know quite a bit. For starters, the Volt will use a new, 1.5-liter gasoline engine and won't require premium fuel. It'll have more EV range and a bigger battery, too. We'll have a whole mess of information when the 2016 Volt is fully revealed in Detroit in about one week's time. In the meantime, here are some more looks at the Volt, courtesy of the Twitterverse. We're so excited about #NextGenVolt we brought it out early at #CES2015! Texas sues GM, saying it tricked customers into sharing driving data sold to insurers

Wed, Aug 14 2024

Texas filed a lawsuit Tuesday against GM over years of alleged abuse of customers' data and trust. New car owners were presented with a "confusing and highly misleading" process that was implied to be for their safety, but "was no more than a deceptively designed sales flow" that surrendered their data for GM to sell. The suit contends that at no point was selling driving data ever even suggested as a possibility, putting GM in violation of the state's consumer protection laws. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is seeking a jury trial and at least $10,000 per offense (every GM car sold in the state since 2015) and a hefty add-on of $250,000 in cases where the victim was over 65. Texas seems to be flying high after a recent $1.4 billion settlement from Meta over other privacy concerns. This may well be a way to solve any pending budgetary issues in the Lone Star State.

GM recalls full-size truck, SUVs and vans over faulty shifter mechanism

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

Twelve different General Motors vehicles from the 2013 model year, up to 54,686 units in total, are being recalled over two potential issues with their steering columns. The models in question, all full-size trucks, SUVs or vans, are the: Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche, Express, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, and GMC Savana, Sierra, Yukon and Yukon XL.
The affected vehicles were built with a fractured parking lock cable or "a malformed steering column lock actuator gear in the lock module assembly." As a consequence, they could shift out of park without the brake pedal being applied or with the key removed or in the off position.
A bulletin from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration indicates that the recall should begin on January 17. GM will notify owners, at which time they can take their vehicles to their dealers for repair free of charge. Have a look at the bulletin below for more information.
