1986 S10 Pro Street. This is a very nicely built truck for the Street. It is not a race truck, although you could probably run it if you chose to. 355 SBC with a thumper cam, and quiet gear drive. a 350 turbo trans. 3:73 9 inch. with 4 wheel disc brakes. New 31-16-15 Radials on the rear, and a new 650 Quick fuel dbl. pumper I had built for this eng. trans. rear combo. Super clean custom interior, and very nice paint. It's driven, so there will be a few small chips, and scratches as with anything you drive. Never rusted, 60,000 mile truck. I took this on a trade, and really don't have use, or space for it. But if it doesn't sell it will get driven in the spring. (I already have an 87 IROC) so it will take turns with that. Drives and runs great, It has a remote CD player, electric cooling fan for the eng, and trans. full length headers. power steering but Manual brakes which do a great job. I have a New chrome grille, and headlight bezels that go with the truck. Please ask any questions you may have, and I will answer what I know. this is sold as-is, and with no warranty. Shipping is up to the buyer. and you must contact me if you have less than 10 POSITIVE feedbacks. If you can't pay for it, please don't bid. Payment is to be CASH,(when picked up) and with a 500.00 paypal deposit immediately upon completion of the sale. Thank's for looking at my truck. Bill. I may entertain trades, but I'm very fussy. No bikes or boats, and must be as nice as mine. All I can say is no. This vehicle is listed for sale elsewhere, and I retain the right to end this listing if necessary.

2015 Chevy Tahoe gets Police Patrol Vehicle treatment
Thu, 07 Nov 2013That was fast. Mere days after showing a Police Concept based on the 2015 Tahoe at the SEMA Show, Chevrolet has announced that it will build a PPV model based on the SUV to do battle with the Ford Police Interceptor Utility (Explorer) and Dodge Durango Special Service.
You'll recall that the Tahoe has been police staple for several years, predating both the Explorer and Durango police variants, so the fact that the new model would spawn a police variant is hardly surprising. Like the civilian model, the 2015 PPV benefits from a more efficient 5.3-liter, direct-injection V8 that pumps out 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. It also features more high-strength steel, offering better crash protection, on top of optional safety items like lane departure warning, forward collision alert and a Safety Alert Seat.
The press release is rather light on police-specific items, aside from the auxiliary battery, which keeps the myriad of electronics in a modern police car running even when the engine isn't. Lightbars, 17-inch steel wheels on Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires and a push bar round out the mods for the Tahoe PPV. The cabin features a revised center console and room for laptop and other equipment mounts.
Race Recap: 2013 Indianapolis 500 better than Bollywood; all the emotion, none of the music [spoilers]
Mon, 27 May 2013If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.
Camaro spy shots show subtly different grille, front fascia
Sun, 03 Feb 2013It looks like there some changes in store for the Chevrolet Camaro - the only thing is that we just don't know what Chevy has up its sleeve. Looking at these spy shots, we'd initially be inclined to think that there is just a minor facelift or a new special edition, but upon closer inspection, there are a few oddities about this car that definitely have us intrigued.
The most obvious difference on this prototype is the slightly restyled front fascia with a smaller lower air inlet and the two-bar grille. Then we get to some of the car's mysterious details. For starters, this fascia has the SS vent above the grille, but it looks to be blocked off. Granted this could just be a one-off piece used for testing. What really piqued our interest was at the rear of the car where it has quad exhaust outlets that are used on the ZL1. Could this be the LS7-powered Camaro that we reported on back in December?
At this point, your guess is as good as ours as to what we're looking at here, so let us know in the comments what you think this could be.
