1955 Chevrolet Short bed stepside. The hood is from a 1957 Chevrolet Truck. Everyting is original, steering column, steering wheel comes with hand break, Complete glove compartment. Outter Roof Visor has been installed all the hard work has been done for this vehicle. Engine and transmission have been taken out. Truck is very solid. No dents. Back bed comes with metal sheet which can be easily removed and underneath the metal sheet the old bed parts are intact. All wood and bed strips are included. All glass windows included. As a safety feature the driver back fender has been custom modified to hold the gas tank elsewhere, but can be easily shaved off.

What did you expect when Chevrolet said it was bringing a new Corvette variant to the 2014 New York Auto Show? Maybe a sticker and trim package, like the C6 Corvette Grand Sport or a tie-in deal like the Black Widow car from Chicago? On the opposite end, maybe there was an even more hardcore Z06 waiting in the wings. Who knew?

General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
