 1967 Chevy II NOVA
2 door post car
runs great, nice driver.

I want to make this as honest as possible.

The body is very solid and straight.
Trunk is solid and clean.
Runs very strong, starts right up, does not smoke, knock, or tick.
Has B&M Shift kit. Shifts smooth
edlebroke 4 brl carb, new Holley Filter, mild work, car is set up to be a driver more than anything.
Stops well.

Now what is needs:
FLOORS- they looked to have been patched with sheet metal and rivets at one point. Personally, I would suggest just replacing fronts and backs with a 1 piece weld in pan and call it a day. It also will need carpet, the interior seats are not shot, they can easily be used and upholstered.

The car shines up nice, but has some fade spots pictured and chips, but over all presentable and gets a lot of looks. NOTE: The spot next to the door in picture 4 is a spot that paint chipped off- it is not a rot hole. The rot hole can be seen in pic 4 as well as the rear lower skirt.

The only spot of rot aside from the floors is on the lower rear quarter skirt pictured.
The good news is that the car comes with a brand new full lower quarter panel, even though only the lower skirt is needed you get the whole panel.

Also it comes with misc interior parts, a brand new electric fan set up incase you wanted to upgrade from the clutch fan,and misc other parts such as new brake switch, LED brake light bulbs and more.

While the car is not perfect- to the right person it is worth completing or restoring fully, it is a lot nicer than most I have seen selling and are getting harder to find. If you are looking for a nice straight car that is a driver while you fix then this is for you.

I have included pics of the good and the bad the best I could.

Any questions please ask.

Also- I have access to a car hauler source who can deliver this car anywhere in the U.S- it would be the buyers responsibility for the cost of shipping and arrangement. I will put you in touch.

Thanks

Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut

Thu, 07 Mar 2013

We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.

Bob Lutz builds the case for a mid-engined Corvette

Fri, Jan 16 2015

Rumors of a mid-engine Corvette are like automotive industry folklore at this point. Every once in a while, news pops up that it might be happening or is under development, but nothing actually ever comes to fruition as something people can actually buy. The latest spy shots strongly suggest a mid-engine 'Vette is in the cards, yet again, possibly for 2018. Now, an op ed by former General Motors executive (and definite performance car fan) Bob Lutz in Road & Track gives the inside scoop on the history of one of these proposals and lays out how to make it happen today. According to Lutz, the company's engineers believed the C6 ZR1 was at the limit for front-engine, rear-wheel drive performance in that package, and the only solution was to move the powerplant behind the driver. Lutz even got then CEO Rick Wagoner on board. The scheme made it at least as far as clay models for mid-engine versions of the 'Vette and Cadillac XLR. Eventually, a lack of money got in the way, though, bringing the project to an end. Lutz puts a lot of faith in GM's current leaders, especially Mary Barra and Mark Reuss. He thinks the chances of a mid-engine 'Vette happening this time are better than 50 percent. The model, rumored to be named Zora, could offer over 700 horsepower in an ultra lightweight body and be priced at about $120,000 to "suck the doors off everybody." Head over to Road & Track to get some insights from this highly respected and entertaining auto industry veteran. Related Video:

Chevy confirms 2016 Camaro will have wheels, brakes

Thu, Apr 9 2015

Good news, everyone! Chevrolet has issued yet another round of teaser images and information about the sixth-generation Camaro, set to debut in Detroit on May 16. This time around, Chevy's teaser images confirm that the new car will not only have wheels and tires (Goodyear Eagle F1s, no less), but brakes as well. On top of that, we now know that the new Camaro will be 28-percent stiffer than the outgoing model. "The more rigid body structure allowed the engineers to more precisely calibrate the steering and suspension systems because they didn't have to compensate for chassis flex. The lighter structure also enabled the size and mass of elements such as the wheels, tires and brakes to be scaled accordingly," GM said in a press release, which you can read below. We've already learned that the new coupe will be 200 pounds lighter than its predecessor, has a bunch of unique parts, and according to GM's Mark Reuss, will outperform the Ford Mustang in every way. Now, it's only a matter of time before we see the sixth-gen Camaro, but surely not before Chevy issues even more teasers and information. Related Video: 2016 Camaro is Stronger, Lighter and More Responsive Computer aided engineering contributes to 28 percent greater structural stiffness DETROIT – The engineering team spent 9 million hours of computational time honing the driving experience of the all-new 2016 Chevrolet Camaro before the first prototype turned a wheel. The structural modeling led to the Gen 6 Camaro being 28 percent stiffer than the current model. "The modeling abilities of computer aided engineering are advancing at incredible rates," said Jim Karlavage, Camaro program engineering manager. "Today, we can accurately model opportunities to add torsional strength without adding unnecessary mass. The result is a lighter, stiffer structure that benefits every aspect of the driving experience." The more rigid body structure allowed the engineers to more precisely calibrate the steering and suspension systems because they didn't have to compensate for chassis flex. The lighter structure also enabled the size and mass of elements such as the wheels, tires and brakes to be scaled accordingly. "The structural weight savings are compounded by opportunities to reduce un-sprung weight," said Karlavage.
