I am selling my 1986 Monte-Carlo SS Prostreet or Racecar. The car has a 468 ci. Motor with a problem. The rear half is all new with Latter Bars ,Cool Overs and Diagonal Bar. I have put new Mosier Axles and a Used 456 Posi 9 inch Rear with 31 Spline Axles. The tires are 21.5 inches wide and 33 inches tall. It has a 350 Turbo Trans. with a 5000 Stahl Converter. The front Weld Wheels are fairly with good tires. I did all of the Aluminum work and covered with carpet. The seats are out of 1986 Monte-Carlo with Seat Covers. There is a new Tac,Gauges, and Aftrmkt. Shifter. The car has Roll Cage,Parachute,Wing and Wheelie Bars. Car was running good until something happened with the Motor. NO TRADES. CASH ONLY

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.

General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.

Chevy SS prototype spotted wearing Pontiac G8 clothes

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.
