*I WILL BE ADDING NEW PICTURES THIS WEEK*

I have the right to end this listing at anytime because I plan on using all my resources to sell this vehicle thru other sites and other avenues. If a cash buyer shows up I will sell it and cancel this auction that's just a heads up.

I have a clean 1967 Impala for sale. Way too much to list. Rebuilt 454 engine with less than 5000 miles on it. 4 MX Autotek 15 inch subwoofers. 1 5000 Watt Earthquake Class D. 8 Memphis Audio Mids and highs. 1000 Watt American Bass Pro Amp. Six 1 Inch bullet tweeters with a 600 watt American Bass Pro Amp. Power Acoustik 30 Farad Cap. 0 gauge wire on all. It has a second battery installed for the sound system. Everything controlled by a Pioneer head unit. 26" inch rims with no scrapes, scratches, dents or dings. Rims are in perfect shape.

It has a rebuilt 454 engine. I just swapped out the 700r4 tranny with a Turbo 400 with a 3000 TCI stall converter. Custom drive shaft. Has a Summit Racing differential cover. Has a Billet trans pan. Has a Tach installed. The tires are at about 95% tread. Has a Hydraulic top, so with a flick of your finger the top goes up or down. Custom interior with a boot to match. Flowmaster exhaust with 3" pipes from the headers to the rear. The headers are dynomat headers. There's a Holley 650 carb and Eldelbrock intake. Eldelbrock cam & lifter kit. 2 electric fans, new starter, new front brakes, new tail light lenses. New floorboards installed already! It has a body lift NOT a suspension lift! So the body can be lowered back with ease. There is no chrome or trim missing except one piece. That would be the insert piece that attaches to the rear trunk molding. The molding is there but the insert is gone. I've priced them at around a $100 bucks new. Even the door lock knobs are alloy and cost $15 bucks! Original A.C. car. It has a new AC pump just need hoses. Has Incredible Hulk floor mats. Hulk front license plate. Every time I take this car out everyone stops me and compliments the car. All glass is there with no cracks or chips. All the gauges work. The car has a clean title. NOT salvaged or wrecked! If you want to be seen & heard moving down the strip this car will definitely make you the center of attention.

The Chevy is in North Phoenix at one of my houses or we can meet in Chandler AZ at my other house. Thanks!

Shipping and Payment: I expect a non-refundable $500 good faith payment at the close of the auction. I also expect full payment no later then 5 calendar days after the close of the auction. No Paypal! eBay already get's enough money out of us. You can pay by bank account, cash, cashiers check, money order and all payments can be made in person if desirable. Shipping is the cost of the buyer! I will not pay for shipping! Shipping usually costs about $500 to $1000. I've bought cars on eBay before and that's what I usually pay. I will work with whatever transporter you use. Because from my experiences I know they say they will pick up in a week and they don't show up for 12 days! Then they say they will deliver in 1 week and it takes 10 days! Knowing I understand this you don't have to worry about me calling you and screaming for you to pick the car up or else! We're all good on the pick up. I will overnight the title to you as soon as payment is received and cleared.

I just flushed the cooling system, put a new thermostat in, changed the oil and changed the fluid in the rear end. Its ready for a trip!

On Feb-10-13 at 22:14:14 PST, seller added the following information:

Mistake in listing. I said "dynomat headers" and this is wrong. There is dynomat on the inside of the doors for the door speakers. It does have Hooked Headers and a very loud alarm.

Chevrolet To Oversee Restoring Sinkhole Corvettes

Fri, Feb 14 2014

What Mother Earth devoured, Chevrolet plans to resurrect. The carmaker said Thursday it will oversee restoration of the classic cars swallowed by a huge sinkhole beneath the National Corvette Museum in Kentucky. General Motors Design in Warren, Mich., will manage the painstaking work to repair the eight prize vehicles, the automaker said Thursday. The cars were consumed when the earth opened up early Wednesday beneath a display area when the museum in Bowling Green, Ky., was closed. No injuries were reported. The museum was open Thursday except for the area where the sinkhole occurred. Mark Reuss, GM's head of global product development, said the damaged vehicles rank as "some of the most significant in automotive history." "There can only be one 1-millionth Corvette ever built," he said, referring to one of the damaged cars. "We want to ensure as many of the damaged cars are restored as possible so fans from around the world can enjoy them." Just how the cars will be pulled out of the ground remains to be seen, said museum executive director Wendell Strode. The local fire department estimated the hole is about 40 feet across and 25 to 30 feet deep. The hole opened beneath part of the museum's domed section. "We feel pretty confident that most of the cars can be extracted," Strode said Thursday. "And we hope and believe that with just a little bit of luck, that all eight cars can be extracted and be part of the restoration." Chevrolet spokesman Monte Doran said some of the cars look to be in good shape, while others are buried in rubble. "It will likely be several weeks until we can get the cars out and assessed," he said. The GM Design team has helped restore other historic cars, but the Corvette project looks to be its biggest, he said. "These Corvettes are part of our history, and they want them restored properly," Strode said. "We're thrilled they're doing this." The cars looked like toys as they plunged into the hole, piled in a heap amid dirt and concrete fragments. The museum owns six of the cars while two - a 1993 ZR-1 Spyder and a 2009 ZR1 Blue Devil - are on loan from General Motors. The other cars damaged were a 1962 black Corvette, a 1984 PPG Pace Car, a 1992 White 1 Millionth Corvette, a 1993 Ruby Red 40th Anniversary Corvette, a 2001 Mallett Hammer Z06 Corvette and a 2009 white 1.5 Millionth Corvette. Pictures of the sinkhole showed a collapsed section of floor with multiple cars visible inside the hole.

Recharge Wrap-up: Chevy Volt class action suit proposed, Tesla stock could outperform in 2015

Sat, Dec 27 2014

A class action suit has been proposed against General Motors for a steering problem in the Chevrolet Volt. The plaintiffs claim that a defect can cause the steering to freeze intermittently, and that General Motors either knows or should have known about the problem. The case, filed in New Jersey, also claims that defective parts are replaced with the same or similar parts, which are also defective. The plaintiffs say that claims for the 100-plus-member class exceed $5 million. Read more at Law360 or at BigClassAction. Tesla Motors stock (TSLA) has risen after weeks of losses. It gained 5.4 percent during the week ending December 19, when it closed at $219.29 per share. Since then, it rose slightly more, closing at $222.26 on December 24. Morgan Stanley lowered its target price on Tesla stock from $320 to $290, predicting lower sales on the upcoming Model III than expected before, but still called Tesla a good long-term investment. Analysts at CNBC predicted Tesla to be the best performing stock of 2015. Read more at ETF Daily News. Oslo- and New York-based architecture firm Snohetta has designed a zero-emissions house that also charges an electric car. The ZEB Pilot House, built in Larvik, Norway, uses a solar panel on the roof to power the house, which also provides enough excess energy to charge an EV. To make the most of energy most efficiently, the house uses smart technology to use as much energy as it can once it's harvested. This means one can turn on appliances like the washing machine remotely while the sun is at the optimum angle in the sky - perhaps during mid-day when the residents are at work. The house also uses organic materials and is designed to save as much energy as possible. Read more at Wired.

Why the Corvette is Chevrolet's billion-dollar baby

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

Edmunds has worked up a piece that tries to figure out just how much the global Chevrolet Corvette economy is worth, a spitballed guesstimate putting the number at more than $2.5 billion with the proviso that the number is probably low. It starts by taking Corvette's new car sales of 14,132 units last year, which would equate to $714,725,900 (including destination) assuming ever car sold was a base coupe with no options. In the final tally, a little extra padding gets that number up to $750,000,000.
But that's not all. Consider this: Many of the almost 1.4 million Corvettes produced over the model's history are still on the road. There are new parts being produced and aftermarket companies like Mid-America Motorworks deaing business, that single Illinois company doing more than $40 million a year in sales. There are the Corvette events large and small, restorers who do nothing but Corvettes, salvage yards that deal only in used Corvette parts and the Corvette magazines where owners find all this stuff.
And then there are the Corvette-themed tchotchkes, every single one of which provides a tiny contribution to the huge licensing royalties that General Motors collects every year. The article admits there's no way to come to an accurate number, but it just goes to show how valuable one specific model can be to a company.
