1977 Chevy G-20 4 X 4 Pathfinder Van. - This is an original 1977 conversion by Pathfinder. I have owned this van since 1996. When I found the van it was not running and rough. I started to restore it and did all of the mechanical work. It has a Jasper 350 ci motor, 4 bolt mains / stage 1 cam / dbl roller timing / high volume oil pump. The transmission is a Turbo 350 with shift kit, an NP 205 transfer case, Dana differentials/axels. The body has 183924 on the odometer, but the motor and trans have less than 50k miles on them. The van starts right up and drives. Motor idles 60 pounds of oil pressure, has a nice rumble. It also has 2 sunroofs. If you know anything about these vans, you know were they rust. Under carriage is good, and so is the main body of the van. There is substantial rust and filler in the lower doors, rockers and fenders. all easily fixable. The van has been sitting in my yard for the past 10 years, driven occasionally, nothing more being done on the restoration. The interior is open , the original paneling and purple diamond fabric still evident. It needs tires and brakes and exhaust to be road worthy. I have many extra parts that go with the van including, extra windshield, roof rack and light bar , original table and some original capt. chairs, plus some misc stuff. The Van is sold AS IS. Porsche 911 tops a list of must-have classics, but No. 2 is more of a surprise

No surprise here: In Europe, the Porsche 911 is the most sought-after classic car. Surprise here: Slip-streaming the 911 in the most sought-after chart compiled by the Car & Classic marketplace is the Ford Mustang. Using the Google search engine as a means to pick the winners, as well as the average prices achieved on the “Car and ClassicÂ” website, the venerable 911 was tagged 1.45 million times per month according to data stretching back 15 years. The number of 911Â’s sold though the C&C marketplace was 21,141, at an average price of 58,409 pounds, or $74,300. FordÂ’s pony car, still a popular choice for buyers in Europe, placed second on the list with 1.2 million monthly searches. The average sales price over 15 years was 31,107 pounds ($39,570), and the number of older Mustangs sold reached a total of 8,332. Models that also finished among the charted top 10 include the Land Rover Range Rover, the Corvette, the ultra-classic British favorite Jaguar E-Type and the BMW 3 Series. Â“Whilst a 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera 2.7 RS could set you back the best part of GBP500,000 ($636,000), there are many more affordable models, which bring the average sale price of a 911 on Car & Classic to GBP58,000 ($73,800) Â– the third highest average selling price of any make and model on the site,Â” explained Dale Vinten of Car & Classic. According to the site, the Jaguar fetched the highest average selling price: a whopping 89,000 pounds, or $113,000. But thatÂ’s peanuts compared to a Series 1 Roadster in excellent condition, said Vinten. For that, Â“you can expect to spend up to GBP250,000 ($318,000), A Series 2 or 3 will cost less, as they are not as desirable, but in decent condition you can expect to pay around GBP40,000-GBP50,000. Even a barn find 1969 E-Type Series 2 Roadster can set you back to the tune of GBP33,000 ($42,000)." Launched in 2005, Car & Classic is among EuropeÂ’s most popular classic car clearinghouses. GM expected to debut two new crossovers at Detroit Auto Show

Next month, General Motors is expected to debut two new crossovers at the North American International Auto Show. That's according to Automotive News and The Wall Street Journal, which reports that the successors to the aging Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Terrain will finally make their debut. The two crossovers have been on sale since 2009 and 2010 respectively and are due for updates as the competition has newer models on the market. Both crossovers play in growing market segments where sales success is crucial for the respective brands. GM, and the automotive industry as a whole, has been shifting its focus towards crossovers in the last few years. The Traverse and the Terrain are some of the oldest SUVs on the market and are in dire need of an update. GMC's Acadia, the former corporate clone to the Traverse (and Buick Acadia), switched to a new platform in 2016. And the Terrain's platform-mate, the Chevrolet Equinox, was revealed a few months ago. Both the new Chevy and GMC models are expected to go on sale late in 2017 as 2018 models. Look for a follow up to the Traverse's sister, the Buick Enclave, to make an appearance soon.
