This Cruze was purchased by us in it's current condition with a New York state salvage repairable certificate. The vehicle will have to pass a salvage inspection before being able to be registered for the road. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve.

Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle:

exterior - The vehicles exterior has damage to the driver door(inside and out), left fender, left mirror and left rocker panel(weld marks in the rocker panel-pictured). Also, there is a dent in the left rear door and a couple scratches on the rear bumper cover. All the glass is in excellent condition besides the driver door glass is missing. The tires are Firestone FR710 (215/60/16) having about 70% tread remaining. The rims are in excellent shape.

drive train - The vehicle runs and drives perfectly!!! No mechanical issues.

interior- All functions work perfectly. Both left and both curtain airbags have deployed. Also, the headliner is ripped and the lens for the reading light is missing.

A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check.

By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents.

Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time.

Pushing Back: GM expanding Chevrolet into Korea, Daewoo out

General Motors decided several years ago to begin heavily promoting Chevrolet as its global mainstream brand even in markets where its existing brands like Opel and Daewoo were a dominant force. Today, at the Busan Motor Show in South Korea, GM Daewoo president Mike Arcamone announced that the Camaro would lead the way in GM's efforts to market Chevrolet in South Korea.
For now at least Chevrolet and Daewoo-branded vehicles will coexist in the Korean market. However, while we were in China last week GM officials told us that the Daewoo brand, which has been somewhat tainted by past quality issues, would eventually be phased out in favor of Chevrolet. When the new Aveo launches next year it will likely be badged as a Chevrolet even though GM Daewoo is in charge of engineering the car.

Chevy rolls out Silverado HD High Country

It's been a good week for heavy-duty truck buyers. First, Ram revealed the Black Package for its HD trucks, then it rolled out its new Power Wagon, and now Chevy's getting in on the action with its Silverado High Country HD. Okay, so it may not pack quite the attitude of Ram's latest 2500-series offerings, but the High Country HD will come as a welcome addition to the Chevy Trucks range to those looking to pull their horse, boat or other trailer without skimping on creature comforts.
Rolled out a little under a year ago, the High Country trim is Chevy's answer to the likes of the GMC Denali, Ford King Ranch and Ram Longhorn. It has until now only been offered on the light duty, 1500-series Silverado, but now extends to the 2500 and 3500-series HD models, as well.
So what sets a High Country pickup apart from lesser Chevy trucks? You'll be able to pick it out based on its chrome horizontal grille, body-color bumpers, 6-inch tubular side steps, 20-inch chrome wheels (18-inch on the 3500 and 17-inch on the dualie) and, of course, plenty of special badging. But it's inside where the High Country makes its mark, with a cabin decked out in saddle brown perforated leather, seats that are both heated and cooled, eight-inch touchscreen with full MyLink suite, Bose audio and park assist functions front and rear to keep those color-keyed bumpers looking fresh. (Though Chevy hasn't yet showed us the interior of the HD model, it'll presumably look mostly the same as the cab in the 1500 High Country in the gallery below.)
