I have decided to sell my pride and joy because my house needs a full downstairs remodeling, it is a MUST that it is done and this is the only way I can get it done. So.
This car does say its had flood damage on title and also says not actual miles. The miles are actual the reason it says that is because the battery was dead and they couldnt get the mileage when doing the paperwork so they put 0 miles. This car has 46k actual miles you can check the carfax and see it all matches up.
NOW- as for the flood damage no water has EVER seen this car inside or out except for the car wash. The car was driven up onto a curb and has had no water damage what so EVER. EVERYTHING mechanically and electronically work GREAT.
The title can be fixed, you can get an erasure affidavit to fix the mileage and flood damage and it wont have any problems. I have been writing all of this because MOST people that want to buy this car are extremely worried about the brands on the title. This car is an extremely reliable and fast and overall great car. I would never sell it if I didn't need the money, and this car is great for a person looking for a great fast awesome looking car for themselves. If your looking for a car to just buy and sell in a month than maybe this isnt for you.
NOW- about the car!
This car has been painted inside and out pearl white. It is the new avalanche and tahoe pearl white that chevy uses on the new tahoes. The top has been painted black as well as the Zr1 rims. The tires on the rims are like new. I have only put 3k miles on this car and I have owned it since 2009. 2nd owner.
This car has a 7 thousand dollar full Zr1 body conversion kit with wing.
The car also has a 7 thousand dollar supercharger procharger kit from supercharged corvette . com
The wheels on the car were 3 grand
The brakes on the car were another 3 grand and only have 1 thousand miles on them like new work great z06 big brake kit
The car has a FULL exhaust Kit from engine back that was another 3 grand
The car has a ported and polished performance intake manifold and ported and matched throttle body as well.
The car has bigger fuel pump and injectors
Has been fully tuned by infinite velocity motorsports here in town and this thing GETS IT!! It is running rich so its safer for the supercharger.
This car has only had the supercharger on it for 1000 miles
A/C BLOWS ICE COLD EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT STILL SMELLS LIKE A NEW CAR
IT has full alarm system as well as back up camera and touch screen navigation dvd player TV IPOD connection and more!

I could honestly go on and on and on about this car. I have well over 50 thousand dollars cash into this car and will be listing it for half of what I
have into it. No reserve. If you have any questions please email me.
The front bumper was modified and cut to look different if you want to change that you have the option because car comes with brand new bumper. also the car has some chips in fiber glass above front passenger wheel. Other than that its good to go, I drive it the way it is and its still the best looking vette in town! PERIOD! SMOKES 100 thousand dollar Zr1's SMOKES THEM! You should see the looks this car gets Im gonna miss it so!

THERE IS PICTURE OF TITLE AND SMOG

CAR COMES WITH PASS SMOG CERTIFICATE FOR NEVADA GOOD TO GO FOR NEVADA RESIDENTS!

ALSO! FORGOT TO MENTION! THIS CAR HAS A BRAND NEW ACRYLIC TINTED GLASS TOP!! I JUST PURCHASED IT ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND LOVE IT! IT IS WAY LIGHTER AND ITS LIKE DRIVING IN A BUBBLE ALL GLASS!
GOOD LUCK
!

Cadillac CT6 production ceases January 2020 as part of D-Ham layoffs

Fri, Dec 6 2019

General Motors filed paperwork under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act with Michigan's Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity this week, detailing events to come at the automaker's Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant. Starting February 28, 814 salaried and hourly workers at D-Ham, as its called, will be laid off. The 753 workers represented by the UAW will begin receiving offers in January to relocate to facilities in Michigan and Ohio, or buyout offers. As the 4-million-square-foot plant winds down through April 3 to a skeleton crew, the Cadillac CT6 ceases production in January 2020, and the last Chevrolet Impala comes off the line on February 28. The loss of the CT6 represents the end of Cadillac's latest brief, and highly regarded, adventure into flagship sedans. It might also mean the end of the 4.2-liter Blackwing twin-turbo V8 engine, at least for the moment. Both casualties are calamities. The death of the Impala closes the door on a nameplate in production for 52 years since 1957, having started off as a top-tier trim for the 1958 Bel Air known as the Bel Air Impala, once advertised with the line, "Lets you know you're the boss." As part of the new four-year labor agreement with the UAW, GM is keeping D-Ham open to build a new line of battery-electric vehicles, ultimately investing $3 billion and tripling employment to 2,225 workers when fully operational. The agreement described the coming EV as a "van" that would commence production in late 2021, but various reports say what's actually coming is a range of premium EVs in pickup and SUV bodystyles under the program codename BT1. The easy predictions put an electric GMC Sierra and Cadillac Escalade among the EV fold, but not until 2023, according to auto industry forecaster LMC Automotive. Before that, LMC claims an electric van will debut in late 2021, along with a battery-powered rebirth of the Hummer brand in pickup and SUV forms, also in late 2021.

Autoblog's guilty pleasure cars

Tue, Mar 10 2015

Guilty pleasures are part of life – don't even try to pretend like you don't have one (or two, or six). In the non-automotive space, this could come down to that secret playlist in your iPhone of songs you'll only listen to when you're alone; or think of that one TV show you really do love, but won't admit to your friends. I've got plenty, and so do you. Going back to cars, here's a particularly juicy one for me: several years ago, I had a mad crush on the very last iteration of the Cadillac DTS. Oh yes, the front-wheel-drive, Northstar V8-powered sofa-on-wheels that was the last remaining shred of the elderly-swooning days of Cadillac's past. Every time I had the chance to drive one, I was secretly giddy. Don't hate me, okay? These days, the DTS is gone, but I've still got a mess of other cars that hold a special place in my heart. And in the spirit of camaraderie, I've asked my other Autoblog editors to tell me some of their guilty pleasure cars, as well – Seyth Miersma, as you can see above, has a few choice emotions to share about the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Read on to find out what cars make us secretly happy. Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG This decadent convertible is the epitome of the guilty pleasure. It's big, powerful, fairly heavy and it's richly appointed inside and out. It's a chocolate eclair with the three-pointed star on the hood. Given my druthers, I'd take the SL65 AMG, which delivers 621 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. That output is borderline absurd for this laid-back convertible. I don't care. You don't need dessert. Sometimes you just crave it. The SL line is about the feel you get on the road. The roof is open. The air, sun and engine sounds all embrace you. It's the same dynamic you could have experienced in a Mercedes a century ago, yet the SL gives you the most modern of luxuries. An Airscarf feature that warms my neck and shoulders through a vent embedded in the seat? Yes, please. Sure, it's an old-guy car. Mr. Burns and Lord Grantham are probably too young and hip for an SL65. I don't care. This is my guilty pleasure. Release the hounds. – Greg Migliore Senior Editor Ford Flex I drove my first Flex in 2009 when my mother let me borrow hers for the summer while I was away at college. The incredibly spacious interior made moving twice that summer a breeze, and the 200-mile trips up north were quite comfortable.

Use this PowerPoint when convincing your spouse to let you buy a Corvette

Thu, 14 Feb 2013

When you are not the one in charge of the purse strings, creativity is a must when trying to get the string-holder to bankroll that next shiny object you just can't live without.
When I was a kid, I decided that life wasn't worth living if it weren't in pursuit of owning a GMC Typhoon. My 12-year-old self crafted a fiscal strategy that, when combined with my offer of a 49-percent share of ownership in the car in return for my parents' contribution of 80-percent of the purchase price, would see me behind the wheel of a Typhoon by the time I hit college. They walked away from the negotiating table and, the economic climate of the 8th grade being what it was at the time, another partner wasn't found before the Typhoon was discontinued.
Roy El-Rayes, however, has succeeded where 12-year-old me failed, and he did it by using the sort of professionalism that only a PowerPoint presentation can provide, along with some humor and bold-faced flattery.
