NEW: carpet with heat and sound deadening material, floor mats, Corvette door sills, blue leather console sides, chrome shifter, carbon fiber dash, console and steering wheel inserts, arm rests.
No cracks in dash, all gauges work, all interior lights work, power windows work, rear defrost works, original AM/FM cassette, power antenna works (up/down), door panels perfect condition, battery and storage doors great shape, rear window shade. Added t-top static cling shades - easy on or off as desired.
EXTERIOR
BODY: Excellent condition, no hit - no repairs, no spidering in fiberglass, original paint polishes and shines nicely. All glass and t-tops are in tip top shape - no scratches, scrapes or cracks.
Original aluminum rims are highly polished - no curb rash or damage.
MECHANICAL

No rust, engine and undercarriage professionally power washed - nice and super clean. Power steering - no leaks. Engine - no leaks. Transmission - no leaks. T-Tops - no leaks. Headlights, brights, brake, back-up, license plate light, glove box light and turn signals all work as they should. Heater blows hot, A/C blows cold. Door locks work and glove box locks. Windshield wipers work. Emergency brake works. Original spare tire intact as well as jack. Doors open and close nice and solid - no sagging. Hood - no sagging. Headlights go up and down as they should no lazy eyes here.

ITEMS TO NOTE: Clock, of course, does not work - do any of them?? Cruise control is disconnected - I took the transducer out and replaced with a new speedo cable because cruise control would speed up and slow down and speedo needle would bounce. I'm told that this is a common issue with this year's cruise control. I have the transducer and speedo cables to go with car. There is a spot on the nose and one on rear bumper that the urethane has been bumped so the paint is slightly cracked like they do - it is shown in video. Barely noticeable. The passenger side seat has a seam where the thread has let loose and is coming apart. It is NOT torn. Shown in video.

GM again delays plant that will build the Silverado EV
Tue, Jul 23 2024 General Motors Co. will again push back the planned opening of an electric pickup truck plant in suburban Detroit and has delayed a Buick plug-in amid uncertain growth in battery-powered car sales. Mary Barra, the company’s chief executive officer, told analysts Tuesday on an earnings conference call the automaker is postponing until mid-2026 the opening of its Orion Assembly factory, which will make the Chevrolet Silverado EV. This is the second delay for the plant, which was originally slated to start production in late 2024. Shares of the automaker fell 4.1% to $47.52 as of 9:39 a.m. in New York. The stock is up about 32% so far this year. The delay is a main reason why GM wonÂ’t be able to meet its previous goal of having production in place to make 1 million EVs by the end of next year. The company said they will add production as buyers show more interest in electric vehicles. “We continue to make sure we continue to scale the business to customers and where they are at,” GM Chief Financial Officer Paul Jacobson said on a call with reporters. GM reported on Tuesday a 60% jump in second quarter profit compared with a year ago, topping Wall StreetÂ’s expectations on strong demand for its traditional gas-powered trucks in the US market.
