1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Ss 5.7l on 2040-cars
Pelham, New Hampshire, United States
I have owned this car for 36 years, I (non smoker) am the 2nd owner and I knew the 1st owner, so I know this cars entire history and it was well cared for and free of neglect and abuse. This is a very rare edition Chevelle with 19,093 miles on it since the total restoration I had done to it about 15 years ago. This car has never been raced. It was built to be shown and driven on nice days and on occasions gone to shows. So here's your opportunity to own a true American Muscle Car? This car is perfect, all metal body with no defects. This car has the only set of factory painted sport mirrors that I have ever seen in existence. I have spent well over 50k into this car as a labor of love, not as an investment. I made it perfect for myself. This was a total frame off restoration. I can and will supply any additional photos upon request. There isn't too many clean ones left to be found. This car has never seen rain. It's washed in the spring after storage and is dusted with a California duster until storage time again. This Chevelle has cowl induction and has been fully restored inside and out. Gorgeous!! And powerful!! Small block 350 cubic inch balanced, ported and polished and blue printed engine, all stock automatic 3 speed turbo 400 with a 12 bolt posi traction rear-end with highway gears. All the glass in this car is new and has GM Premium glass back in it and installed to today's standard methods to make it structurally strong not just water tight. It has factory air conditioning, power steering, w/tilt wheel, power front disc brakes, power windows, power trunk release all new upholstery as of 2013. This car is a great driver, it handles very well and gives a comfortable ride with out sacrificing handling ability’s. It is also free of any rattles and squeaks. The cabin is insulated to keep out road noises so you can enjoy the ride. I am selling this car locally and reserve the right to end this auction at any time. PLEASE ASK QUESTION'S, I'M MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER |

2015 Chevrolet Cruze spied on its home turf
Tue, 23 Apr 2013The next Chevrolet Cruze isn't set to go into production for about another year, and we're just now seeing prototypes of the new compact running around here in the States. Not much more has been revealed since we saw the car blasting through the snow in Europe, but we can still clearly see new design elements like the larger grille, slimmer headlamps and redesigned taillamps.
Our spy photographers worked up a composite image of this Cruze prototype alongside the current model, and here, we can clearly see some big visual changes are in store for the new model. The 2015 Cruze's hood slopes downward more dramatically, the windshield is more heavily raked, and the roofline looks more fluid overall. The next-generation Cruze will ride on the new global Delta platform that will also underpin other General Motors vehicles like the Chevrolet Volt and Equinox.
As for what's under the hood, we expect the normal range of gasoline four-cylinder engines (both naturally aspirated and turbocharged), and the compact's new turbodiesel four should carry over, as well. Have a look at the full brace of spy photos in the gallery above.
