Exhaust travels through a 3" mandrel bent exhaust system that breathes through Magnaflow mufflers and has a great
contrast against the satin black floors. To create a pleasant driving experience beyond horsepower and torque, the
builders of this Chevelle put a lot of thought into the handling of the car and upgraded the suspension with a
4-link rear and tubular control arms at both ends with Hotchkis components. At all four corners you'll find QA-1
coil over adjustable shocks, as well as power disc brakes that feature cross-drilled and slotted rotors for extra
cooling. Front and rear 1 1/4 thick sway bars further stiffen the chassis, while 2 inch drop spindles give the car
an appealing stance. That stance sits on staggered 18 inch Coys chrome wheels that are wrapped in 255/40R18 front
and 295/35ZR18 rear bf-Goodyear g-force
INTERIOR
Open the doors to a classic interior that's been enhanced with some modern amenities. At first glance, the white

GM issues stop-sale for 3 SUVs over incorrect MPG rating
Fri, May 13 2016This week, GM sent a memo to Chevy, GMC, and Buick dealers to tell them to stop selling three SUVS. The 2016 Chevy Traverse, the GMC Acadia, and the Buick Enclave all have EPA window stickers that show higher fuel economy ratings than the vehicles actually have. Unlike other recent – and very public – fuel economy ratings problems from VW and Mitsubishi, it doesn't seem like GM did anything wrong with the testing for these vehicles, it just misprinted the labels. New labels are being printed and should arrive at dealerships this weekend and early next week. After that, the SUVs will be able to be sold and delivered again. The official fuel economy rating for the three SUVs are all the same. The correct numbers for the all-wheel drive versions are 17 miles per gallon combined, 15 city, and 22 highway. The stickers say the SUVs get 17/24/19. The front-wheel driver models were also incorrectly labeled, and the total number of affected vehicles is 59,823. In the memo, GM said the problem was caused by an "inadvertent error," Automotive News says. GM is working with the EPA to solve the issue. 2015 Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra recalled for steering issues
Thu, Sep 13 2018DETROIT — General Motors Co is recalling more than 1 million pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles in the United States due to issues with a temporary loss of power steering, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said. The recall is for 2015 models. They are: the Chevy Silverado 1500, Suburban and Tahoe, GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon and Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade. The problem may cause difficulty steering the vehicle, especially at low speeds, increasing the risk of a crash, the auto safety regulator said in a document dated Sept. 12. The document did not highlight any reports of accidents and injuries, because of the power steering issue. GM dealers will update the power steering module software, free of charge for owners of the affected vehicles. In 2014, the No.1 U.S. automaker had recalled nearly 800,000 pickup trucks worldwide because of the same problem. GM did not immediately respond to a request for comment.Related Video:
Expect greater differentiation in GM's next-generation SUVs
Thu, 03 Jan 2013General Motors says its next-generation Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade models will offer shoppers improved interior differentiation. Car and Driver recently caught up with Chris Hilts, GM's creative manager of interior design, who said that the cabins will all feature unique instrument panels, consoles, center stacks and switchgear moving forward. Apparently GM is now aware that consumers may be bothered by the fact that today's $85,000 Escalade has effectively the same cabin as a $45,000 Tahoe. Hilts says SUV buyers want more refinement than their pickup purchasing counterparts - and those same buyers also want their SUVs to have more exterior differentiation between the company's Silverado and Sierra pickup lines. Shocking.
That all sounds good to us, but we've heard this song and dance before. GM made big waves about how different the new-for-2013 Silverado and Sierra would look from each other, but judging by what we've seen so far, GM's stylists are painting in shades rather than with the full spectrum.
