Please read the entire description so there is no misunderstandings. First of all the car is AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN perfect as new condition. I am kicking around the idea for my next hotrod project which I would like to use an engine just like the one in this CAMARO so I am offering this car minus engine and transmission. I am a certified automotive technician and AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS MADE will  remove the engine and transmission very carefully and make it ready for you to install your engine. I will be keeping the accessories on the engine.  Here is the description of the car as follows: LS3 6.2L 426HP 6 speed, factory Hurst shifter all black. I ordered this car in March of 2011 from a Local Chevy Dealer and received it in May 2011, It has only 2300 summer miles on it. I stored it in a climate controlled building over the winter. The convertible top has only been down 3 or 4 times, the car is literally still brand new. There are NO DINGS, DENTS, or SCRACTHES, no damage or paint work ever, I didn't include many photos because the car is perfect. I am looking to trade it for a classic car, preferably a muscle car or street rod, I love old 40's50's and 60's trucks, tri five chevys, 58-64 Chevys, please be realistic in your trade offers. I don't mind adding some cash for a higher value car or getting some cash and a lower value car. Email me your trade offers Hotrod5864@gmail.com
THE BUY IT NOW PRICE IS FOR THE CAR AFTER I REMOVE THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION, INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME TO COME AND INSPECT OR TEST DRIVE WEATHER PERMITTING BEFORE I REMOVE THE DRIVETRAIN.
THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD A BIG INCH OR HIGH HORSEPOWER ENGINE COMBINATION

MotorWeek looks back at 1995 Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon

Sat, Jun 20 2015

MotorWeek's Retro Review series gives us a nostalgic look back at some of the best sports cars and luxury sedans available in the 1980s and '90s. For its latest clip, the show shifts gears to remember the 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon. Similar to the success of crossovers today, SUVs were tallying big sales and making big money for automakers in the mid-'90s. The Tahoe and Yukon filled slots in the market as steps down from the larger Suburban. These twins weren't wanting for space, though, with plenty of room to haul around a family. MotorWeek came away generally impressed too, and called the models some "of the better riding sport utilities we've ever experienced." This review comes with some jazzy, electric guitar licks to enjoy in the background.

PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]

Wed, 19 Jun 2013

PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.

GM recalls 8,500 Chevrolet Malibu models for rear suspension glitch

Mon, 04 Feb 2013

According to a letter from General Motors to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, flaws in the build process of the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu have led to the recall of 8,519 cars. Units built between December 6, 2011 and January 15, 2013 may have been assembled with rear suspension cradles that had insufficient torque applied to certain bolts. That out-of-spec assembly could lead to issues ranging from slight noises to a loss of vehicle control.
The problem was first noticed in December of last year by a GM test fleet driver and eventually tracked back to the improperly torqued bolts on the suspension cradle assembled through July 2012 by a supplier located not too far from the Malibu's Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly Plant. Since an official NHTSA recall notice has not been issued yet, it isn't clear whether or not Detroit-built Malibus were the only ones affected (the 2013 Malibu is also built at GM's Fairfax Assembly Plant in Kansas City, Kansas). Dealers will fix the problem by inspecting vehicles for proper torque specs, retightening if not within specs and, in some cases, perform a rear-wheel alignment.
