2010 Camaro SS (Revolution) Custom built Turbo car
I placed my 03 H1 Hummer on ebay for sale last week, one bad ass Hummer. A fellow by the name of Brian Young (former NFL defensive tackle for the Rams), called me and wanted to purchase my Hummer. He drove from New Orleans to purchase the Hummer and we decided and a trade would work better for both of us. I was given this bad ass, one of a kind, Camaro SS for trade. Title for title, swap. This car is probably the craziest car that I have ever owned or been in. I am a speed freak and a custom paint and bodyshop owner, I have had some bad ass cars, this one is the cake winner!!!!!!! I am going to list the build sheet for the car and try to list all the custom work involved with it. This is a true (Rocket Ship) of a car, with the drivability of a daily driven car. All factory creature comforts work just like from the factory. No check engine lights or crazy ticks or gimmicks. I spent the last week driving this Beast and it was a blast and looks like no other Camaro in the world. The car has been shown in several Camaro magazines, SEMA, and set the tone in the Camaro world. This car will be sold cheaper than any ZL-1, or new Z06, and will run cirles around anything on the street. I have a modded 09 Z06 and it will kill it at every angle. Please ask questions, 601-543-6131, email me questions, or any trade options.
Motor mods:
The motor has been built from top to Bottom( camshaft, head work, Custom forged crank-shaft, rods, Pistons), no expense spared. All receipts will be shown with pics.
The car has been tuned down to 791 rear-wheel horsepower, which is absolutely insane!! The 76MM Turbo and motor is good for 16 lbs of boost. Its on about 8 lbs of boost now. You better be a serious driver, when you play with this car.
The transmission is fully built with a 3200 stall, drives and shifts out great, no problems. (paddles Shifters work correctly)
This car is a high 9 second car, no doubt in my mind!!!!
The suspension has all been lowered and done with the best of the best! Rides and handles like an exotic sports car.
All of the interior is custom leather with the former NFL players numbers embroided in the head rest.
All the lighting has been replaced as well as side markers, all custom, one of a kind, stuff you just cant purchase anywhere.
The exhaust has been customized, un-like no other exhaust on the road!
The paint work is extremely good, all painted stripes and side scoops, rear wing, this car is crazt. you have to read all the receipts to see how much stuff is actually done to this car. The former owner has over 120,000 invested in the car. there is also a video of the car I am going to post with the pics. Bid with confidence and understand this car is the real thing. Close to 1000hp on pump gas!!!!!

The previous owner actually had a company due renderings to come up with the final look and stance of the car.

GM tells owners not to use SUV wipers due to fire risk
Sun, Oct 11 2015General Motors is recalling 31,685 examples of the 2016 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia because a short circuit in the windshield wiper motor can potentially lead to a fire. Due to the danger, the company is asking owners not to use the wipers until the problem is fixed, according to The Detroit Free Press citing the Associated Press. A manufacturing defect in the wiper motor cover means that the electrical terminals can come into contact and cause a short. The part could "melt, smoke, or catch fire," according to a statement from GM. The company will get them fixed immediately, and dealers will replace the cover. If there's bad weather at the time the owner specifies to get the recall work completed, the automaker will come pick up the crossovers. Depending on parts availability, the automaker will supply a rental car for customers, as well. The issue was discovered at the factory. According to the company's statement, only 6,405 actually made it to customers, and they were notified immediately by overnight letter. The rest were in dealer stock. The affected crossovers carry build dates between August 18, 2015 and September 24, 2015. Of those, there are 29,295 in the US and 1,073 in Canada. GM Statement: General Motors has told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that it will recall approximately 29,295 2016 model year Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia SUVs in the U.S. because the front windshield wiper motor may overheat when in use because of a manufacturing defect. In some cases, the front windshield wiper motor cover may melt, smoke or catch fire. The approximately 6,405 customers who have taken delivery of these vehicles were notified by overnight letter and are urged to contact a GM dealer as soon as possible to arrange a service appointment. These customers should not use the front windshield wipers until they have been repaired. If weather conditions prevent driving the vehicle without using the windshield wipers, GM will arrange to pick up the vehicle for servicing. If repair parts are unavailable, GM will provide a rental car at no cost until parts become available. The total population, including Canada, Mexico and exports, is approximately 31,685. About 25,280 of these vehicles are in dealer stock and will not be sold until repairs are made.
NHTSA closes book on Ford, GM probes of 600,000 vehicles
Thu, Nov 27 2014US safety regulators have closed a pair of investigations into some 500,000 Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Grand Marquis and Marauder sedans built between 2004 to 2007, and 100,000 Chevrolet Impala models from 2014. The Ford investigation focused on rusting heat shields, which may become dislodged and jam the steering, according to Reuters. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found that this happened very rarely. In fact, of the ten incidents filed with the government safety watchdog, six came from a single police department, which evidently had some sort of problem with its reporting. As for the Impala, the NHTSA investigators attributed two incidences of "unintended autonomous braking" to user error. In both cases, the vehicles were involved in rear-end collisions. According to GM investigators, it's believed that drivers accidentally activated the electric parking brake, causing the collisions. The vehicles in question were rental cars. Best and Worst GM Cars
Thu, Apr 7 2022Oh yes, because we just love receiving angry letters from devoted Pontiac Grand Am enthusiasts, we have decided to go there. Based on a heated group Slack conversation, the topic came up about the best and worst GM cars. First of all time, and then those currently on sale, and then just mostly a rambling discussion of Oldsmobiles our parents and grandparents owned (or engineered). Eventually, three of us made the video above. Like it? Maybe we can make more. Many awesome GM cars are definitely going unmentioned here, so please let us know your bests and worsts in the comments below. Mostly, it's important to note that this post largely exists as a vehicle for delivering the above video that dives far deeper into GM's greatest hits and biggest flops, specifically those from the 1980s and 1990s. What you'll find below is a collection of our editors identifying a best current and best-of-all-time choice, plus a worst current and worst-of-all-time choice. Comprehensive it is not, but again, comments. -Senior Editor James Riswick Best Current GM Vehicle Chevrolet Corvette We were flying by the seats of our pants a bit in this first outing and my notes were similarly extemporaneous. When it came time to tie it all together on camera, I failed spectacularly. Thank the maker for text, because this gives me the opportunity to perhaps slightly better explain my convoluted reasoning. I chose the C8 Corvette because it's simply overwhelmingly good, and it's merely the baseline from which this generation of Corvette will be expanded. While the Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing (more on that in a minute) is an amazing snapshot of GM's current performance standing and its little sibling so enraptured me that I went out and bought one, their existence is fleeting. Corvette will live on; forced-induction Cadillac sport sedans, not so much. So while all three are amazing machines when viewed in a vacuum, the Corvette stands above them as both a reflection of GM's current performance credentials and a signpost of what is to come. So, given the choice between the C8 and the 5V-Blackwing right now, I'd choose the C8. In 10 years, when the Blackwing is no longer in production and Corvette is in its 9th generation? Well, that might be a different story. Now, just pretend I said something even remotely that coherent when we get to the part of the video where I try to make an argument for the 5-V Blackwing as best GM car I've ever driven. Or just laugh at me while I ramble incoherently.
