Your looking at a very nice 1969 Camaro Pace car. I'm listing it for my brother, he has owned the car for about 6 years. The car runs and drives great, holds road well. Engine is the original 350 with auto trans. It has p/s, p/b, and a/c and all work well. It has the correct RS/SS package and all numbers are correct on car. The paint is about 12 years old and shows some signs of wear and spots that are in pictures. It is plenty good for shows and cruis-ins.Car has been stored inside and has only been driven for parades and small cruis-ins locally. Power top works as it should and skin is in good condition. Interior is in good condition with the only flaw being rear seat seem being torn alittle when friends daughter rode in it during parade and her foot bursted seem, looks to be and easy fix, see pictures for spot. These cars are bringing $55,000.00 + on Ebay lately, my reserve is lower than that because of the seat and few issues with paint, so bid to win and I don't think you will be dissapointed with this car. It also acts like it needs brakes bled some times when it is first drove after sitting, have bled brakes several times and it will still act up sometimes. Will stop after you drive it a while, I think it has something to do with sitting up for a period of time. They will work, but are weak when first driven. I have told you everything that we are aware of on car, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Car is for sale locally, reserve the right to end auction early due to local sale. Deposite due within 48 hours by paypal. balance due with 7 days in cash or certified check, unless other arrangments made. Car to be picked at it's location, will assit with shipping if can. May veiw car at it's location if you like. No warranties on car, sold as is where is. We also have the official registry form for car.( see photo)
On May-04-13 at 09:04:34 PDT, seller added the following information:
After looking at some of the paperwork that was with car when my brother bought it, milage could be correct milage on car, milage on paper work shows 77,000 or so miles on car when the guy he bought the car from purchased car, and shows to be the original miles then. It had a little more than that on it when my brother purchased car, and he has put the remaining miles on it.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Convertible offers a few more views before reveal
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Over the weekend, Chevrolet released its first images of the new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Now, ahead of the droptop's official introduction tomorrow at the Geneva Motor Show, the automaker has given us a few more shots of the softop C7 showing off the car's rump albeit from a high, strategically positioned angle.
From this angle, it's hard to get a sense for how long and flat the decklid really is, but we can easily see that, like the rest of the C7's design, the new convertible's decklid and tonneau cover are far more detailed than the current car. We also get a better look at the rear haunches sans brake vents, which have apparently been moved to underneath the car in order to accommodate the top's hard cover.
As for the overall styling of the C7 convertible, with the top erected, we get some idea of what a coupe design (as opposed to the Stingray's fastback shape) would look like on this car. The C5 Corvette most recently had a coupe model that did away with the large glass hatchback, and we recently reported on a low-cost "coupe" model potentially being added to the C7's repertoire.
Junkyard Gem: 1985 Chevrolet Sprint
Thu, May 21 2020For in the 1985 model year, General Motors began selling Chevrolet-badged Suzuki Cultus hatchbacks in California. Sales of the cheap three-cylinder econobox in the rest of North America followed soon after (with the Canadian version known as the Pontiac Firefly), and did pretty well considering the crash in gasoline prices during the middle 1980s. Starting in 1988, the facelifted Sprint became the Geo (and, later on, Chevrolet) Metro. Here's one of the very first Cultuses sold on our shores, found in a San Francisco Bay Area car graveyard. Amazingly, the primitive rear-wheel-drive Chevrolet Chevette remained available all the way through 1987, competing with the thriftier front-wheel-drive Sprint in the same showrooms. For 1988, Pontiac started selling a rebadged Daewoo LeMans, so the Sprint/Metro never lacked for intra-corporate competition. Inside, you'll find the same stuff most mid-1980s Japanese econoboxes got: tough cloth upholstery and long-wearing hard plastics. Suzuki quality in 1985 wasn't quite up to Honda or Toyota levels, but you weren't paying Honda or Toyota prices for the Sprint. MSRP on this car started at $4,949, or about $12,000 in 2020 dollars. The cheapest possible 1985 Chevette cost $5,340, while a new no-frills Ford Escort would set you back $5,620. Subaru, however, could have put you in a punitively unappointed base-model Leone hatchback for just 40 bucks more than the Sprint that year. I think I'd have sprung the extra for a $5,348 Toyota Tercel, a $5,195 Mazda GLC, or— best cheap-commuter deal of all that year— the $5,399 Honda Civic 1300 hatchback. I was 19 years old and driving a Competition Orange 1968 Mercury Cyclone that year, and I recall feeling pity for Chevy Sprint drivers, new-car smell or not. Still, these weren't bad cars for the price, though a Sprint with an automatic transmission was a real character-builder. Got three cylinders and uses 'em all! 48 horsepower from this hemi-headed SOHC 1-liter. The Turbo Sprint — yes, such a car existed — had a howling 70 horsepower. The hood-latch release is a rectangular button that resembles a badge. 1985 Chevy Sprint Commercial The highest-mileage, lowest-priced car you can buy. 1985 holden barina commercial The Australian-market version was the Holden Barina, and the TV ads featured the Road Runner. 1983 SUZUKI CULTUS Ad In its homeland, this car got screaming guitars and a drive through New York City for its TV commercials.
2014 Chevrolet SS makes its live debut
Sat, 16 Feb 2013Chevrolet showed off the new 2014 SS in an airport hangar last night, its first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan in the US since the Impala SS from 1997. We'll have more to say about the SS later today, but this is the sedan that Chevrolet sees as the final piece in restoring its performance credentials. For those of you looking for a manual transmission, however, that wish will go unfulfilled - at least for now: the only two options buyers will have are the color and whether or not they want a sunroof.
We'll work on getting some more angles (in better light) today at Daytona International Speedway, but with fans seeing the car for the first time, we don't hold out much luck of getting a clear shot. So for now, enjoy the high-res gallery above.
