Here it is ! If you can find me one 68 Camaro RS with this many options I will give a credit of 100 bucks to the winner!

Before you read the description please check all the option codes listed thank you !
Let me start by saying I have enjoyed Camaros  since I was 15 like most of us "old school guys" I have never seen a  68 RALLY SPORT with this many options (see option codes listed below). From California (still retains California title and the black plate).
One amazing car. This car has never been restored. Let me make it clear that it has been repainted but never restored ( there is a huge difference). All the body panels are original to the car from bumper to bumper everything..The same goes for the drive train . Yes from the radiator to the exhaust i would venture to say 90% of the mechanical parts are original. Buy the way the radiator still has the tag on it from van nulys plant in California. I had to change the shocks , wires, and plugs when i got the car. The shocks were original. The 327/275hp motor is amazing runs out awesome with no engine noises, exhaust leaks etc..The power glide transmission shifts flawlessly. The rear is stock no noises no whining etc...ya ya.Tracks strait (new tires installed when i purchased the car ). The alternator is original never seen such a original car in my life..
The interior : Please see option codes listed . The complete interior has been well preserved and in great condition. With the exception of the speedometer, fuel gauge, and the radio(turns on with static) everything else works. Buy the way when was the last time you saw a FACTORY INSTALLED MULTIPLEX STEREO SYSTEM the amp is located under the dash on the left side by you knee still there and has power. Not many of them around. Some of the other options as far as the interior . Tilt deluxe steering wheel, tic, toc tac. Rear defogger, fold down rear seat, color keyed floor mats,hounds-tooth interior, deluxe molded door panels, water paper included , grab handle, courtesy light package, factory a/c, power windows, rally sport gauge package, almost forgot the tri-volume horn.
I have done my best to describe this Camaro to the best of my ability. If your uncertain about anything either e-mail me for more information or take a look at the car before you bid. " AS IS " This is a super rare Camaro bid accordingly. Serious offers to end the auction will be entertained. If you are living on a island with tattoo ( from the love boat ) please don't bid or waste my time. Thanks !!

Pure Vision Design TT Camaro has 1,400 reasons to want it

Wed, 06 Nov 2013

We've talked about Pure Vision Design before, a California-based company that made waves at last year's SEMA show with its Martini-liveried, Indy-car-powered Ford Mustang. That same car later starred in a Petrolicious video we showed you just a few weeks back. The company's latest creation is a menacing car it calls the Pure Vision Design TT Camaro. Based on a 1972 model, this car shares the Martini Mustang's clean styling and obsession with details.
Unlike the Mustang, which draws its power from a mid-60s Lotus-Ford Indycar engine, the "TT" in this Camaro's name implies something far more potent. The Nelson Racing Engines 427-cubic-inch V8 has been fitted with a pair of turbochargers, with a claimed output of 1,400 horsepower. That's almost 1,000 more than the Martini Mustang.
A six-speed Magnum transmission dispatches that power to the ground, while Pirelli PZero tires are tasked with (somehow) trying to grip the road. Baer brakes hide behind those HRE rims, while JRI coilovers and HyperTech springs bless the Camaro with some degree of competency in the bends.

Top horsepower-per-dollar cars in 2017

Tue, Feb 17 2015

Bang for the buck. That quasi-scientific statistic is bandied about by motor heads everywhere from classrooms to barrooms, though the truth of the matter is that it's exceedingly complex to measure. A fair performance-per-dollar index would include something like cross-referencing MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price) with point-to-point times on a track or driving route, which is obviously hard to do comprehensively. But, for the sheer joy of talking about cars and playing with a big spreadsheet, there's always the horsepower-per-dollar index, which is more straightforward, albeit hilariously flawed. There are vagaries even with this simple formula, of course: MSRP for vehicles can change at a moment's notice, to say nothing of the bottom-line shifting that happens with local deals or showroom negotiation. For this list we're running with the straight MSRP wherever possible, and as recently reported as we can get it. All the vehicles on this list are 2017 models, and all trims are reported where the lowest price and differing power levels intersect. Some choices were made for personal preference and some for sanity, avoiding things like all 48 trim levels of the Ford Transit, all with the same horsepower). If this list were a simple top ten, or even a top fifty, you'd be bored to tears with all the red, white and blue that is represented. Following perfectly with conventional wisdom, American cars really do lead the world where hp/$ is concerned. So, for the sake of variety (and the sheer joy of seeing a minivan 'win' one round of this thing) I've sorted out some top five and bottom five lists for broad power categories. Let's dive in. Less Than 100 Horsepower Okay, okay, this is hardly a category we'll grant you. But we've often tried to click off all the sub-100-hp cars on sale in the US, and making this list gave us an excuse. It also illustrates that none of these smallish vehicles bring cheap horsepower to the table - for that you'll need a motorcycle. The segment-leading Chevy Spark (above) asks just over $139 for each hp, and that Smart Fortwo Electric Drive has hp on sale for about the same price as its very distant family cousin, the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG (insert your favorite Smart joke here... we know you want to).
