Selling or trading my 2000 1 ton chevy. Truck runs great but I do not need 2 trucks. Engine runs great, transmission shifts great, tires are in excellent condition. Tires are 10 ply tires not cheap car tires. Alternator and battery less than one year old. Comes with fifth wheel rails installed in bed. (fifth wheel available for extra cost). Air Conditioning and Heat both work great, Rear Reese style hitch was new 2 years ago. Truck has rust on wheel wells, cab corners and bottom of doors. Has new electric brake box installed last summer. Truck needs one 1 of the inside door handles hooked back up. The tailgate needs new hinges (can be purchased at autozone), Seats are in pretty good shape with some wear. Interior is in good condition. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you and happy bidding.

Watch how Corvette Racing's new collision-avoidance radar system works
Fri, 22 Mar 2013When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.
Next-gen Chevy Cruze caught cruising in the cold
Wed, 13 Feb 2013Spy photographers have caught what looks like the next-generation Chevrolet Cruze out on snow patrol. The camo could be tricking our eyes, but it look like it has an even tidier, more rounded front end and even lower fenders in relation to the top of the hood. And either a chunk of camo has been wedged between the side mirrors and the doors, or the mirrors are up for revision, too.
The door handles have been moved up the side of the car, leading the way to a rear end that grows a bit in length. If the rumors are true, the coming second-generation Cruze sits on the new D2XX platform that will replace the Delta and Theta platforms at General Motors. A global architecture, the Cruze will be the first to get it, but it will underpin everything from next Chevrolet Volt to the Equinox and could be responsible for 2.5 million units by 2018. The next Cruze is expected to begin production in GM's Lordstown, Ohio plant in the third quarter of 2014.
