Vehicle was previously owned by my ex-brother-in-law, in which he purchased it new. He was rough on the truck and used it like a 4WD truck off-road. I then purchased the vehicle and restored the outside and is 90% complete when I was in college for Automotive Body Repair. The interior of the truck still needs work done on things like a new dash, door panels, etc. The odometer is NOT the original odometer so that is why I am unsure of the exact mileage but I am sure that is is over 200,000 miles on it. Also the speedometer module does not light up but I think all it needs is a bulb. The radio is a JVC and works great. The remote to the radio is still there. It also has an auxiliary cable hookup to hook your media player in.
The engine was knocking, so we purchased and installed a new crate engine from Grooms Engines in Nashville, TN, about 3 months ago. All of the receipts were kept and will be provided to you. It cranks and runs good, but does need some small adjustments made to it. Like one of the lifters need adjusting a little and the timing is just a little off. All new hoses, belts, and fluids were changed and the radiator has been redone at a professional radiator shop business locally. Transmission and transfer case works well. 4WD is in the floor. It runs really well.
In 2012, we had a 6" ProComp lift installed at Off Road Centers in Littleville, Alabama. They also installed brand new Rough Country Shocks. A picture is shown.
The tires are Goodyear Wranglers LT305/70R16 mounted on 16" - 10" wide chrome rims. The tires aren't dry rotted but only have about 10-30% tread life left.
I have described everything honestly as much as I can think of. This is a great truck and I hate to part ways with it, but I just bought a new one and I need help with the payments.
If you win the bid on this truck, you must arrange for a way to pick it up. We can arrange a time and day for you to pick it up.

No, Cadillac is not killing its flagship CT6 sedan
Sat, Jul 22 2017Mark Twain never actually said that reports of his death had been greatly exaggerated. But if the Cadillac CT6 could talk, those are the exact words it would use. Speaking to Jalopnik, Cadillac chief Johan de Nysschen confirmed, emphatically, "There is absolutely no plan, at all, to cancel the CT6." In fact, says de Nysschen, the CT6 will soon be the beneficiary of significant investment. "The [CT6] forms a very important part of our product strategy going forward for the brand. The car also has a very major contribution to make to the shaping of brand perceptions, and the transformational process that Cadillac is undergoing." For instance, expect the CT6 to spearhead General Motors' most advanced forays into self-driving automobile technology. Interestingly, though, the Cadillac ATS and CTS sedans probably won't live past their current generations as the automaker 're-balances its sedan portfolio.' Replacement models are "in development" right now, says de Nysschen, which will "much more clearly separate the market position, both in terms of target customer demographics, in terms of market segments and in terms of price points between these three sedan lineups." So, that's confirmation that the Cadillac CT6 is going to stick around for a while. But what of other models cited by Reuters to potentially be killed, like the Buick LaCrosse and Chevy Impala and Volt? Read our take on that here, but suffice it to say that we don't think they're in danger, either. Weekly Recap: Autonomous driving goes commercial in Nevada
Sat, May 9 2015Nevada granted Daimler Trucks North America the first license to run an autonomous commercial vehicle on public roads in the United States Tuesday, marking another milestone in the technology's rapid advancement. Gov. Brian Sandoval and Daimler truck chief Wolfgang Bernhard promptly used the license to lap Highway 15 near Las Vegas in a newly revealed Freightliner Inspiration Truck. It was a clear signal that autonomous driving is big-rig reality, though it's still a long way from widespread use. Nevada certified two of Daimler's Freightliner Inspiration Trucks, which use the company's Highway Pilot system with a stereo camera, radar, and lane-keeping collision-prevention features to regulate the brakes and steering. The radar component has a long-range sensor that can cover 820 feet at an 18-degree angle and a shorter-range unit that stretches 230 feet at a 130-degree angle. The Inspiration trucks are based on the existing Freightliner Cascadia Evolution model used on US roads. In addition to the autonomous technologies, it also has futuristic design cues, including blue lighting in the front and a new hood and grille. While there are only two Freightliner Inspiration trucks in existence, Daimler expects to bring the Highway Pilot system into mass-produced big rigs by 2025, in time to capitalize on the market's predicted growth. The German truckmaker predicts the global hauling market will triple by 2050, and the United States will be a key part of that growth. Trucks carry 69.1 percent the nation's domestic freight tonnage and hauled 9.7 billion tons of freight in 2013, according to the American Trucking Association. Daimler expects autonomous driving to augment this growth, and perhaps evolve the role of the truck driver. Still, the company points out autonomous tech is not meant to replace drivers, but to assist them and relieve fatigue and monotony on long hauls. The driver has to stay in control for passing, in city traffic, and when hooking up the trailer. The company said autonomous driving also offers the potential for improved fuel economy – tests showed a five-percent gain – and lower maintenance costs. Daimler also said the technology could reduce congestion on the road. Much of this is attributable to the constant flow of traffic, which is aided by autonomous driving. While the benefits are becoming increasingly apparent, autonomous technology is still met with skepticism.
