I am regretfully selling my 1993 chevy 4x4. Its not the sexiest truck on earth but its like the terminator...you cant kill it. It IS a 1993 so it has scratches and dents but it will tow a tank and climb a telephone pole. The mileage is a little high but the motor was rebuilt at 170,000 so has approx. 55,000 on it with plenty of power to burn. The power steering pump went out and we replaced it with a used one that didn't work either so i just live without it. We mainly use it on the property and to run up to the store but mostly sits in the garage now. Please do your due diligence before bidding as it is a used vehicle and is sold as is. The starting bid is the reserve and i will not end the auction early for any reason. Payment must be made in full within 48hrs regardless of what other payment policies may show up on the listing elsewhere but i can store it for as long as you need. It is drivable and the title is clean, not salvaged. Please ask any questions you have prior to placing a bid and good luck:-)

Fri, Oct 16 2020In this week's Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski and Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder. Lately, they've been driving some pretty great cars, and one OK car. John's had the Chevy C8 Corvette Convertible and Polestar 1. Greg's been enjoying the Porsche 718 Cayman T. Jeremy's been testing the Buick Encore GX. After a long day of driving and writing, our editors like to enjoy a cold beer, and share some of their favorites for the fall. They also get an update from a listener about a winning recipe and a new plug-in hybrid purchase. So, how do you actually pronounce that automaker's name?
Thu, Jan 21 2016You probably have that friend who always says Porsche wrong, or maybe it's someone who keeps reminding you it's actually two syllables. Whichever side of the pronunciation debate you fall on, you'll find someone to root for in the video above. And before you ask, this was all the video team's idea. So don't get mad at me for being the voice of reason. BMW Chevrolet Hyundai Nissan Rolls-Royce Videos Original Video nissan qashqai
Watch this time-lapse build of the Chevy SS for NASCAR
Fri, 08 Feb 2013There's only about a week left until we get our first look at the production version of the 2014 Chevrolet SS sedan, but Chevrolet NASCAR teams have been looking at the race version of the car all winter. Autoweek has posted a really neat time-lapse video showing just a portion of what it takes to build one of NASCAR's new Gen6 stock cars.
Though the video is quite brief, it does show almost the entire build process starting with just the car's nose, and it gives us a good look at how integral the template is to the final product. As a bonus, Hendrick Motorsports also provided some videos showing two of its teams performing pit stop tests over the winter. The second video shows some of the more detailed aspects of the racecar's rear end, including the stock-looking trunk cutout and a newly mandated rear bumper extension that will be used on super speedways like Daytona and Talladega.
To see what Team Chevy has been up to all off-season, check out all three videos posted after the jump.
