THE WHIPPLE CHARGER BOOST THE POWER AND GIVES IT ANOTHER 109 HP AND IT IS A BEAST ALTHOUGH IT IS STREET FRIENDLY UNTIL YOU PUSH THE PEDAL. IT HAS BEEN LOWERED 4" FRONT AND BACK AND IT HAS BEEN DONE RIGHT SO THE RIDE IS STILL GREAT. 2" DROP SPINDLES, 2" LOWER SPRINGS IN THE FRONT AND THE REAR HAS BEEN C NOTCHED WITH 4" LOWERING SPRINGS. INTERIOR STILL LOOKS AND SMELLS NEW, NONE SMOKER, NO FADING, NO STAINS OF ANY KIND. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 28K MILE TRUCK THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN GARAGED. GM recalls Chevy Express, GMC Savana over rollaway concern
Mon, 21 Jan 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall notice for a small number of General Motors fullsize vans due to possible rollaway concerns. On certain 2013 Chevrolet Express and 2013 GMC Savana models, it is possible to remove the key from the ignition without the shifter being in park.
Only 980 total units are being affected by this recall, and GM is fixing the issue by replacing the ignition cylinder and associated keys. Affected Chevy vans were built during most of November and December while its GMC counterpart was only built for a week in November. The recall goes into effect on January 23, and to find out if your vehicle applies to the recall, the GM and NHTSA contact numbers can be found on the official recall notice, which is posted below.

What we can't tell you, though, is what the car does to us - how its performance impacts us, physically. That's what makes this video series from Chevrolet so darn cool.
The Bow-Tie brand rented out Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch, got several (very) different individuals together, strapped a bunch of sensors to their bodies to record biometric data ranging from heart rate to respiration to brain activity, and then handed them keys to the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. The results are explained in a series of videos, devoted to each driver, showing how different people react to the Corvette's performance.
If, like your author, you're a nerd for medical science, this is going to be a fascinating set of videos. If not, it's still pretty cool to see how the body of someone with racing experience, like Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi, reacts to tracking a car like the Corvette Stingray compared to the owner of legendary Detroit barbecue joint, Slows BBQ.
