What we have here ladies and gentleman is a 1982 Chevrolet K/10 Silverado flare-side 4x4.

It is virtually rust free...the body work and paint job were just finished within the last couple of months, and I put in the bed, new exhaust, new bushings all the way around.

I have the A/C parts, but pulled them out of the engine bay when I bought it...the previous owner said it was on "the fritz." (don't get to use that in sentence everyday.)

New paint/body job
New oak bed
New bushings
New HD shocks
New headliner

Fresh small block 350. Run great.
TH400 tranny was recently rebuilt.

The original interior, save the headliner. It is super clean. Just the normal patina of a 1982 that was really well taken care of.

This the best deal on eBay. So please no scammers. It ain't my first rodeo. Yes, I will file grievances...blah, blah, blah. If you want it, bid. If you win this auction, pay for it. Time is precious to everyone. I will just re-list, and continue mission. You will have accomplished nothing.

That being said, Congratulations to the dude, or dudette, who takes this ride home. It's the nicest, cleanest, cheapest ride out there. Hope you like talking to strangers in parking lots.

I can text/email you a video on request. If not, the pics tell the story. Ever forward.

2022 Genesis GV70, raging at VW ID.4 tech and thoughts on a new Lexus LFA | Autoblog Podcast #696

Fri, Sep 17 2021

In this episode of the Autoblog Podcast, Editor-in-Chief Greg Migliore is joined by Senior Editor James Riswick. This week, they talk about driving the Genesis GV70, VW ID.4 and VW Taos. They talk about ways Chevy could "fix" the Camaro. James ranked all the James Bond films based solely on their starring cars. Next, they reach in the mailbag and discuss the question, "Do you think Lexus will make a successor to the LFA and, if so, what do you guys think it would be like?" After ruminating on that query, they dip into the mailbag a second time to recommend a sporty crossover to a listener in this week's Spend My Money segment. Why Cadillac thinks it needs to succeed in Europe to sell cars elsewhere

Tue, 26 Feb 2013

Ward's Auto has taken an interesting look at the renewed focus General Motors is showing towards Cadillac in Europe. Susan Docherty, president and managing director of Chevrolet and Cadillac in Europe (pictured), says in order for the luxury brand to thrive in China, it first needs to succeed in the old country. The reason? Chinese buyers look to Europe for cues as to what's deemed worthy of the term "luxury." There are hurdles to the plan, however. In addition to the fact that the EU is flooded with high-end nameplates, GM doesn't necessarily have the distribution network in place to put buyers behind the wheel.
Combine that with persistent economic woes and Cadillac's checkered past marred by a lack of diesel engine options and a bankrupt distributor, and the road ahead for the brand looks like less of an uphill climb and more like a straight-up cliff face. But Docherty is optimistic and says she has a plan for the brand. We recommend heading over to Ward's for a closer look at the full read.
