1965 Chevrolet C10 Custom Cab 63k Actual Miles!!!
This is a 1965 Chevy short box custom cab. The c10 sports a 350 V8, standard shift on the column. It has a new edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor and aluminum intake. The dual exhaust is fairly new and sounds mean. There is a custom gas tank conversion, now has gas tank under the bed instead of behind the seat, for safety. The custom chrome gas filler is shown in the pics on rear fender. This truck also has disc brake conversion that makes stopping easy. This c10 has been partially restored. It has: new front and rear bumpers, new chrome emblems, new tailgate and latches, new windshield, new mirrors, new carpet, new chrome step mold and more. There has been a lot of money spent lately. There is some minor rust under the cab. The body mounts are perfect and it has solid floors. The truck has been lowered for the right appearance and it sits and looks great. Nice white letter tires. This is a great driver quality truck, not a show truck yet. It has an amateur paint job that looks great from a distance, but up close and only up close you can see imperfections. Needs stripped and repainted to be show worthy, or enjoy it like it is. The truck is turn key ready to enjoy now. There has been a ton spent on it, but it deserves a little more invested to be show quality. I'm going to let her go for a reasonable price.

Motor Trend reveals 2016 Chevy Camaro as Car of the Year
Tue, Nov 17 2015The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro beat some very steep competition to earn the Golden Calipers as Motor Trend's Car of the Year. The magazine praised the sixth generation's fantastic engines, great handling, and lighter platform. "Our 2016 Car of the Year, the Chevrolet Camaro, is one of the finest driving vehicles in the world at any price," editor-in-chief Edward Loh said, "though its price is well within reach of the average consumer." The Camaro conquered some high-performance challengers to take the victory, including the Audi TT, Mazda MX-5 Miata, and Mercedes AMG GT S. It also bested technologically cutting-edge vehicles like the BMW 7 Series and Toyota Mirai. The latest Honda Civic rounded out the competition. To earn the prestigious award, nine judges evaluated the finalists in six categories: advancement in design, engineering excellence, safety, efficiency, value, and performance of intended function. The Volkswagen Golf won last year. In an engaging story on Motor Trend's website, it explains what a revelation the new coupe is and that they consider the model the best production pony car ever. The piece is well worth a read. Motor Trend also handed out the Person of the Year honor to Subaru of America President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas Doll. It praised him for the Japanese brand's massive success in the US like tripling deliveries since 2007. "By any measure, the business Tom Doll leads is an outstanding success," editor-at-large Angus MacKenzie said. "And he is the person whose unique vision and quiet leadership made it happen." PickupTrucks.com's latest test results in a familiar winner [w/video]
Wed, 19 Jun 2013PickupTrucks.com has gone and thrown the latest batch of half-ton pickups into a cage match to see who would come out on top. The site put the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2013 Ford F-150, Ram 1500, Toyota Tundra and Nissan Titan through a battery of tests. Those included 0-60 miles per hour acceleration, 60-0 mph deceleration, fuel economy, a hill climb, and payload and towing. They even threw the rigs on an autocross course to evaluate overall handling. Each truck was given points based on how it scored in each evaluation.
Who came out on top? Somewhat surprisingly, the 2013 Ford F-150 walked away with the gold, though fewer than 50 points separated first and fourth place. Head over to PickupTrucks.com to read the full evaluation and the final results. You may be shocked to see exactly where some of the segment's newest additions placed. You can also watch a video on the test below.
2019 Chicago Auto Show photo gallery: All of the grilles
Fri, Feb 8 2019Do you like trucks? How about grilles? Like really big, shiny, chromey, in-your-face, could-be-made-by-Broil-King grilles? Well, the Chicago Auto Show is the place to be. Traditionally known as the truck show of the annual auto show circuit (at least those covered by national media), Chicago has what seems like a small national park's worth of acreage devoted to both consumer and commercial trucks. From humble extended cab Ford Rangers to a mammoth F-650 with cherry picker sprouting from its aft quarters, there's bound to be a truck for everything. And they all have grilles. So above is our gallery devoted to them, because hell, why not? Should you want to know about the trucks attached to those grilles, check out our coverage below.
