THIS IS A 1964 CHEVROLET C10 SWB STEPSIDE PICKUP TRUCK PROJECT, 350CI ENGINE, TURBO 400 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, I WAS TOLD BY THE PREVIOUS 67 YEAR OLD OWNER THAT THE ENGINE WILL RUN WITH A NEW BATTERY AND A RADIATOR HOWEVER I HAVE NEVER TRIED TO CRANK THE TRUCK, HE HAD OWNED THIS TRUCK FOR MANY YEARS AND WORKED ON IT A LITTLE AT A TIME BEFORE FALLING ILL, MY PLANS WERE TO INSTALL A NEWER STYLE LS1 ENGINE, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES THE BODY IS VERY STRAIGHT AND SOLID WITH VERY LITTLE RUST EASILY REPAIRABLE, THE AREA ABOVE THE WINDSHIELD LOOKS GREAT AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RUST IN THE ROOF AREA INSIDE THE CAB LIKE SOME OF THESE TRUCKS YOU SEE, IT WILL NEED NEW WOOD IN THE BED, ALL GLASS IS GOOD, BOTH DOORS, HOOD, AND TAILGATE OPEN AND CLOSE FINE, THE TRUCK HAS A PAIR OF BUCKETSEATS IN IT NOW BUT I ALSO HAVE A LATER MODEL BENCHSEAT THAT GOES WITH THE TRUCK, I THINK IT WILL LOOK MUCH BETTER THAN THE BUCKETS, BRANDNEW TIRES WITH ZERO MILES MOUNTED AND BALANCED ON THE ORIGINAL WHEELS, MISSING 1 HUBCAP, OVERALL A GREAT FATHER/SON/DAUGHTER FIXER-UPPER TO KEEP ORIGINAL? Redesigning an icon is a difficult task, especially when you've got a blank sheet of paper in front of you and the all-new C7 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is intended to be your final objective.
General Motors has released a new short video featuring Kirk Bennion of the Corvette's exterior design team, talking about the challenges of sculpting Chevrolet's new flagship sports car and the five goals the team had to keep in mind as it worked. In the end, Bennion's team had the pleasure of seeing their hard work take center stage as the Corvette captured the world's eyes at the Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.

The car you see above is the 2014 Chevrolet SS, and it's important both because it is the first rear-wheel-drive performance sedan from Chevy in 17 years, and because it will be the nameplate the brand uses on NASCAR tracks all across the country starting this year.
Though it wears a name as American as baseball and apple pie, the machine was actually designed and built in Australia, sharing most of its parts with the brand-new VF-model Holden Commodore. That said, the basic chassis bits are shared with other Chevrolet models like the Camaro and Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle.
While Chevrolet is happy to sell a Malibu or Impala to anyone looking for a mainstream family sedan, but the SS is reserved for buyers interested first and foremost in performance. Most sedans sold these days are front-wheel drive, which is great for everyday driving and when the weather goes bad, but the SS is instead a rear-wheel-drive vehicle aimed at enthusiasts who love to drive and who prefer speed and performance above all else.

Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee teases return with a Countach

Unless you have an intense aversion to Jerry Seinfeld, it's hard not to find something to like about his show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. After all, the series combines funny people telling often hilarious stories while riding in ridiculously cool vehicles. The trailer for the sixth season is now online, and based on this tease, this definitely looks worth watching no matter what part of the videos interest you. Of course, it's the automotive portion that really grabs us, and Seinfeld has quite a fleet to showcase for season six. The trailer shows off a Lamborghini Countach, a '57 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible, a classic Volkswagen Beetle in the green and white German Polizei livery, a Morgan, an Aston Martin DB5, and a Ferrari 308. On the more humorous side of things, the guest list at least includes Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jim Carrey, Steve Harvey, Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher and upcoming host of The Daily Show Trevor Noah. Season six of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee premieres on Crackle on Wednesday, June 3, at 11:30 PM ET.
