I have for sale an immaculate 1963 Chevrolet C-10 Fleetside pickup with 4,800 miles on it's professional complete frame off restoration. No expense has been spared in the restoration of this truck to a sleeper hot rod. It has a large journal 327 CI block that was bored .030 over, and has an Eagle Cast Steel 3.48 crank making 355 CID. It has Patriot SBC 23 degree aluminum cylinder heads, Keith Black Hyper pistons, Lunati cam, Lunati lifters, Lunati push rods, Liberty Billet double roller timing set, Scorpion 1.6 ratio roller rockers, Melling oil pump, Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor, and an Edelbrock Performance intake manifold. It also has a Mallory electronic ignition, silver ceramic coated headers hooked to two and a half inch exhaust pipes ran through Flowmaster mufflers. This motor is hooked to a new Tremec 5-Speed manual transmission, and a 12 bolt Eaton posi-trac rear end with 373 gear. This truck also has power steering.

The exterior color is Super Red base-coat clear-coat paint. The bed is cherry wood, and it also has cherry wood in the dash panel. It has leather bucket seats, and the interior has been painted in Titanium Metallic Gray. The truck sits on American Racing 6 lug aluminum wheels that are clear-coated with new Michelin 265-70-R15 Touring tires. The interior of this truck is beautiful, and has been tastefully done with the metallic gray interior.

This truck is in excellent mechanical condition, and is road ready with no issues.

Chevrolet planning low-cost Corvette under Stingray?

If you're burnt out on musings about the Chevrolet Corvette, you'll want to go ahead and skip this post. Motor Trend reports General Motors is hard at work on a low-cost version of the seventh-generation sports car for 2015. Rumored to be called the Corvette Coupe, the car will forgo the Stingray and skip the 450-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine in favor of a 5.3-liter V8 with under 400 ponies. If you're keeping track, that's a shade of the same engine found behind the headlights of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra.
The report also suggests the Coupe will receive a number of aesthetic tweaks to separate it from the Stingray, including different front and rear fascias as well as new front fenders and a rear diffuser. Motor Trend says the point of all this is to cut the car's price tag, which means we may see a Corvette on showroom floors for less than $50,000 if this car comes to fruition.

NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick loves buying first-built Chevrolet models for charity. He paid $1 million to buy the first production 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible and $650,000 to get the first 2014 Chevy Camaro Z/28. Hendrick's latest purchase happened at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach where he got into a bidding war to pay $1 million to get the first 2015 Corvette Z06. The bidding came quick with the car reaching $100,000 within 3 seconds and hitting $500,000 in about 35 seconds. The money from the sale was donated to the Karmanos Cancer Institute. Do you guys like trucks? If the answer is yes, boy do we have the show for you! The 2018 North American International Auto Show is lousy with 'em. Yeah, we saw the new Ram 1500, Chevy Silverado and Ford Ranger, but that's just scratching the surface.
