All this is mated to a new HD Turbo 400 with shift kit and LOKAR steel braded/billett electric kickdown and while we are at it it has a LOKAR braided throttle cable. the transfercase is a cast iron 205 all gear driven and its a new rebuild also with a HD 32 spline front output shaft its connected to a set of TOM WOODS (Life Time Warranty) drivelines, The rear end is a rebuilt gen 2- 14 bolt with all new blakes seals and bearings, 4.11 gear ratio posi with LOKAR E Brake cables, the front axle is a 8 lug DANA 44 all new axles,U-joints,bearings and brakes. same 4.11 gears and an open diff, has a Blue Torch Fab HD cover, also it has all new ball joints, tie tod, drag link, pitman arm,and steering box. Also has duel battery conversion with custom made marine grade cables and a PERKO battery switch that locks and a power cut off whitch for anti theft. The AC and heat system is all new, all new seals and gaskets lines, hoses, compressor, dryer, evap etc all new, the dash has been rebuilt no cheep dash cap cover, all new dash cap, as you can see the dash has all AUTOMETER guages mounted in a classic dash inlay, this whole truck has been rewired and has a hd trailer hitch with a flat4 and 7 pin plug with charge wire and digital trailer brake controler, this blazer sith on a 4" set of EZ ride springs and Bilstine schocks with longer front shock mounts for a better ride and no bottom out like stock mounts. I have a set of custom PRP recliner suspention seats mounted  on sliders for a total of 6" travel, but have the stock seats and brackets if interested, also new seat belts for the driver and pass, new center consul. This project has 2,200 miles on it, yes thats it,just broke in and it runs so good, I just need to recoop some funds as I am buying a house. The interior is bare and no carpet, the body is super clean and no rust, very minor dings as this is an AZ blazer, I have many extra parts that will go with it.... Please feel free to ask questaions, There is I'm sure alot of stuff I left out.. I must sell ,any reasonable offer will be taken......also I can take more pics, just let me know what you want pics of...I just added a couple more pics, better view of the guage pannel with engine running, and a full view of engine compartment, also it has a flowmaster muffler and is a 2.5 mandrel bent tube into a three inch flowmaster and three inch mandrel bent out the rear,it's a two into one system, and has a 3" ball flange welded in so the system comes out in two pieces . also it has urethane fully incapsulated engine mounts and a urethane trans mount and a custom fully encapsulated urethane transfercase torque arm, also forgot it has a new 4 row radiator with a severe duty clutch fan. I have brand new lower carpet pannels for the doors, another dash inlay that fits the guages you see, some new ac vents, and another dast inlay that goes across the passanger side dash,a spare new rad overflow tank, all this stuff was over ordered . I have a fuel tank skid plate thats not mounted and by the way the fuel tank is a 30 gal and when the guage hits E there is 5 gal left.....that will get you 60 miles....the spedometer is dead nuts accurate as it is an electric spedo and calibrated by three mile post and the pust of a button. As you can see I did not cut the dash for a stero and the toggle switch you see is for the fuel pump relay, flip it on and the fuel pump runs with the engine off to adjust the fuel pressure and also a good way to drain the tank or give your buddy some gas out on the trail as there are two bulk head fittings one in the pressure and one in the return line that are easy to get to...

These are the 'Greenest' and 'Meanest' cars in 2015

Fri, Feb 6 2015

As has become tradition, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) has come up with a ranking of what it refers to as the "greenest" cars of 2015, and, by way of contrast, a list of the so-called "meanest" cars, so those who value eco-friendliness over all else can choose which vehicles they should or should not consider buying. As you may expect, electric cars make up the majority of the greenest cars on the list, but, perhaps surprisingly to many, the Tesla Model S didn't make the cut. It's worth noting, too, that where the electricity an owner uses to charge their electric vehicle has a big impact on its overall environmental impact. "A car that is charged using electricity generated from natural gas or renewables is going to have significantly less impact on the environment than one charged on a coal-heavy grid," says ACEEE lead vehicle analyst Shruti Vaidyanathan. The ACEEE's list for 2015 looks very different than it did in 2014. It's an interesting collection, though – and we're sure this goes without saying, really – we'd recommend doing a bit more research into each vehicle and how it might fit into your daily life before making any purchase decisions. 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible gives us a couple of looks

Sat, 02 Mar 2013

Put away your pixel paintbrushes, kids. Pack up your Photoshop. This is the real-deal 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible in its first official images. The droptop Chevrolet will roll into the bright lights of the Palexpo exhibition at next week's Geneva Motor Show, a four-wheeled statement of intent that General Motors is serious about taking its Corvette franchise global.
Chevy isn't providing anything in the way of further details with these two shots, but we've learned at least a couple of things about the car shown here. First off, the example seen in these images is fitted with the optional Z51 Performance Package - something that isn't immediately evident because there's no sign of the coupe model's prominent ductwork on its rear haunches. In order to accommodate the power folding hard tonneau cover, the vents that feed the transmission and differential coolers have been relocated to the underside of the car. The dark paint color on this example also does a good job of muting the contrasting black front fender vents and hood opening - Z51-spec design details that have proven to be somewhat controversial.
One other thing to note: These two shots also display the Stingray wearing different alloy wheels than the split five-spoke design shown at the hardtop's Detroit Auto Show unveiling in January. The simpler, thin five-spoke wheels should do a good job of showing off the Z51's upgraded brakes, and they'll be optional on the coupe as well.
