For sale is 1983 Blaser K5 v8 6,2L Diesel engine build like a tank but full with rust all over the chassie as the picture shows.

This sale is for the engine, transmision or transfer case which are in good condition, manly for parts. This truck need extensive body work so I decide to sell. Last winter I change a lot of parts : starter, alternator, glow plugs, repair radiator, diesel filters but we did not use the truck as much, maybe 50 milles all together. At this moment it sits in the driveway unused because it developed a vibration to the front end sometime which need to be repaired, but I still drive it for short distances. Please let me know if you need any new info.

Good: engine, transmision, transfer case, diferentials, tires, glass all around, full with power.

Bad: rust all over, front end to be repaired and check it all around

Also I do NOT offer or express any warrenty because of the rusted condition of the truck.

This truck is for pick up or you can purchase shipping through whatever service you like.

In 2010 I was hit by an other vehicle in the back at stop sign and his engine was damaged but no damage to my truck so i had to report this minor incident here for clarification.

Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.

Official USPS Muscle Cars stamps coming to a mailbox near you

As much as our digital lives have cut down on our trips to the post office, there are still times that sending "snail mail" is necessary. With us car lovers in mind and philately in their hearts, the good folks at the United States Postal Service will introduce a new stamp design called "Muscle Cars" starting on February 22.
Designed by artist Tom Fritz, the new collection of stamps consist of five classic muscle cars: 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 1967 Shelby GT-500, 1966 Pontiac GTO and 1970 Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda. In addition to just the stamps, the USPS is also commemorating the new series with plenty of collectable memorabilia. Previous car-related stamps include 50s Sporty Cars from 2005 and 50s Fins and Chrome from 2008.
