This '56 Chevy runs and has a Clean Body but it needs some work. It has a 400SDC small block with a mild cam and holley carburetor.

Casting code- 3951511. Transmission is a turbo 350.

Engine has a small oil leak at rear main seal. There is a small area of rust behind driver's seat floor pan.

Interior includes front and rear seats, front has rips, rear is in good condition. Has headliner bows but no headliner. Interior is not complete.

Needs rewiring under dash, but engine electrical is new. The instrument cluster is not installed but is included. Missing clock filler panel.

The front and rear glass is in good condition, side rear glass is included not installed, front door glass not included.

Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.

When it comes to technology used in racecars, we generally expect it to trickle down to production cars, not the other way around. Well, Pratt & Miller has developed a new rear-facing radar that operates in a similar fashion to what we're used to in modern blind spot detection systems, only it is also capable of tracking cars as they approach and relaying vital information to the driver via a large display screen.
The innovative radar system debuted at last weekend's 12 Hours of Sebring for Corvette Racing, and this system makes perfect sense for endurance races like this since the cars sometimes have to drive through the night and in poor weather conditions.
The radar can detect cars even with poor visibility, and uses easy-to-distinguish symbols for the driver to identify.
