1955 Chevrolet 4-door Bel Air factory V-8 car. This car was purchased new in Tucson AZ. and has been here ever since. There is NO rust. There is an accident free car. This is a really straight car that can be enjoyed they way it is or would be a fantastic start for a restoration. It came with a 265 V-8 from the factory but now has a 327 V-8 and Turbo 350 transmission from a 69 Camaro.

Engine is strong with no leaks, only needs a little love before an out of state drive. It has been sitting for ten years and only recently started and driven again. Transmission does not leak and shifts fine.

Doors shut and latch nice, so does the trunk and hood. All trim is there, except rear Chevy emblem.

All original glass, no cracks but two rock stars in front windshield.

Interior is ten years old with no use in that time.

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]

This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...

If the 2013 Indy 500 were a movie it would be the one expected to win all the little statues come awards season, and if it were an athlete it would have made spectators watch in awe as it broke record after record. And this kind of talk comes after last year's race was considered one of the best ever - the last lap hijinks in 2012 and Takuma Sato's crash leading to a podium ceremony straight out of a Golden Globes tearjerker.
But this year's race delivered more than anyone expected, from the 250,000 fans to the commentators to the IndyCar series itself and, finally, to the guy who hopped through a two-mile window on Lap 197 to take the lead and keep it until the end.
