HERE IS A 55 CHEVY PROJECT CAR. IT RUNS AND DRIVES. SMALL BLOCK CHEVY AUTO TRANS. HAS ORIGINAL VIN TAG. { SEE PICTURE } HAS CLEAN TITLE. SOME ONE CONVERTED IT TO A CONVERTIBLE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT MODEL IT STARTED LIFE AS, THE COWL TAG IS MISSING. IT IS REALLY DONE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. YOU CAN DRIVE THIS AROUND AND ENJOY LIKE IT IS. IF YOU WERE TO PAINT IT, PUT INTERIOR KIT IN IT YOU WOULD HAVE A COOL CAR WITH A FRACTION OF THE MONEY PEOPLE HAVE INTO A REAL 55 CONV. WHAT YOU SEE AS FAR AS PARTS IS ALL I HAVE, THE TOP FRAME IS NICE AND HAS A NEW CONVERTIBLE TOP ON IT. ASK ANY QUESTIONS , I WILL ANSWER HONESTLY . I TRIED TO SHOW FLOORS AND UNDER CARRIAGE, IT IS REALLY SOLID. THANKS FOR LOOKING.

Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
Refreshed 2014 Camaro confirmed for New York debut
Thu, 07 Mar 2013We've already seen leaked specs and potential spy shots, but the refreshed 2014 Chevrolet Camaro will make its official debut at the New York Auto Show in a few weeks.
Besides a tweaked exterior and the possibility of a high-output LS7 under the hood, we really don't know much else about the 2014 Camaro, but here's hoping for an improved interior, too.
In addition to the refreshed Camaro, Chevrolet will also be showing off the recently introduced Chevrolet SS, making its debut on the auto show circuit, and we'll also get our first look at the C7 Corvette coupe and convertible side-by-side.
GM won't sell 2014 Chevrolet SS in Canada
Thu, 21 Feb 2013Allow us to be the first to extend our condolences to our friends to the north. General Motors has announced the 2014 Chevrolet SS will not be available in Canada. The Globe and Mail reports the automaker has confirmed the high-performance sedan won't hit Canadian dealers, though GM hasn't offered up any reasoning as to why that is.
Buyers here in the US of A, meanwhile, can look forward to getting their hands on the 415-horspower, rear-wheel drive SS by late summer. Something tells us it won't be long after that before Canadian officials start seeing individually imported 6.2-liter V8 four-doors in their neighborhoods. Fortunately, Canadian buyers will still be able to take home the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. The C7 bowed at the Canadian International Auto Show last week, reportedly drawing sizable crowds and interest.
