2004 Chevy Aveo LS, 4 door hatchback for sale!! This car does NOT currently run- it should be purchased FOR PARTS OR AS A FIXER-UPPER. The car turns on (radio, etc.) but does not turn over! We tried all types of ways to start it (would not 'pop' start, either) but now believe that it is the timing belt/associated parts that are causing the issue. This Aveo has a brand new air intake system, new valve cover gasket, new spark plugs & spark plug covers, and brand new oil & oil filter. It also have valid inspection, good until April 2014. I am the second owner of this car, which I purchased from a dealership in 2008. It has been given regular oil changes and treated as a daily driver (commute to work/school). This is a great car, and has treated me well! The CD player, radio, heat, AC, defroster, wipers, etc. all work perfectly! The car comes with multiple keys. It is power everything (locks, windows, etc.). It does have some minor cosmetic issues- scratches in the paint, very minor dings in the doors (from parking lots), etc. The interior is also in decent condition. There is a small hole in the back seat that was there when I purchased the car and some wear & tear around the emergency brake and shifter. There is also a crack in the top corner of the front windshield. The back wiper blade was replaced somewhat recently as well. The tires also have a good amount of life left in them. Winning bidder/buyer is responsible for pick up of the vehicle and all fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle. This includes (but is not limited to) title/registration requirements, arranging the pick up of the vehicle (providing shipping for it or personally getting it), and any tax associated with the sale of the vehicle. A $200 deposit is required within 24 hours of purchase via PayPal. The balance is due via cash, certified bank check, or money order upon pick-up. First 2015 Chevy Corvette Z06 Sells For One Million Dollars
Mon, Apr 14 2014NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick loves buying first-built Chevrolet models for charity. He paid $1 million to buy the first production 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible and $650,000 to get the first 2014 Chevy Camaro Z/28. Hendrick's latest purchase happened at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Palm Beach where he got into a bidding war to pay $1 million to get the first 2015 Corvette Z06. The bidding came quick with the car reaching $100,000 within 3 seconds and hitting $500,000 in about 35 seconds. The money from the sale was donated to the Karmanos Cancer Institute. Chevy gets cracking on Cruze EV fleet testing

The Chevrolet Volt hasn't yet gone on sale, but General Motors is looking at ways of expanding its electric vehicle lineup. Chevy, along with partner LG, is employing a group of all-electric cars in the form of the Cruze. The sedans are part of a demonstration fleet which is located in Seoul, South Korea and is being used to provide data in an electric vehicle research project. The goal is to gather information on driving patterns and charging behavior in addition to consumer acceptance.
The Cruze EVs, along with some Daewoo Lacetti Premieres EVs, are the first fleet of full-size electric vehicles and should provide invaluable information for The General. Staying full-size means not sacrificing cargo space, so the battery pack is mounted to the underbody, leaving the trunk area open for plenty recyclable, canvas grocery bags.
Chevy Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo concept blends the past and the future
Wed, 19 Nov 2014The Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo is the rare concept car that salutes a seminal moment in history, yet also borders on science fiction.
Revealed Wednesday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the concept uses the name of one of Chevy's historic racing partnerships, with Chaparral Racing, which dates to the 1960s. Chaparrals raced successfully at a range of levels, including IndyCar, Trans-Am and SCCA competition.
But the history ends there, as the concept's main purpose is as a racecar in a downloadable update for the PlayStation 3 game Gran Turismo 6.
