Here we go guys........This is a 1989 Chevrolet Astro van high top . It has always been a passenger van and always lived in Georgia. This no expence spared transformation began about two years ago. We have enjoyed traveling with it every since. It is equiped with a 4.3 litre engine with overdrive transmission. The paint is a bright silver and blue with custom stripping. Special 17 inch rimes and low profile z.r. rated tires were also added. The suspension remains stock. Chrome bumpers were added front and rear to complete the look. The spare tire is mounted underneath. We insulated the entire cabin and blocked out all the windows. A custom remote radio with c.d. player was installed. Amplifier and kicker were also added. A solid tongue and groove oak wood floor was installed. All side panels were covered and can be used for storage. Additional battery has been added in rear Qtr. panel. New glass installed as well. The front bucket seats are custom fitted from a 2013 toyota sienna second row . These seats tilt and swival with extended foot rest A sun roof was added for light and ventelation. A custom flat screen t.v. with remote and disc was added for entertainment . This vehickle is very dependable and could be driven anywhere. It works well as a camper or just cruising arround town. GM looks to combat high theft rates on SUVs with added tech

The Cadillac Escalade has been at or near the top of most-stolen and insurance-loss lists for more than seven years, until it dropped to number six earlier this year. In 2011 it was fitted with a host of new security features to address its easy-to-override features and that has brought the number of thefts down, but when eight of the ten most stolen rides are large SUVs from General Motors, no one will argue that something else needs to be done.
Thus, GM has fitted this same theft-deterring tech to the 2015 Suburban, Tahoe and Yukon. The Suburban and Tahoe will get the steering lock that the Escalade and Yukon already get, plus bolted-down third-row seats to deter thefts like this, stronger door lock cylinders and shields, and side-cut keys to inhibit picking.
Additional security measures in a Theft Protection Package can be purchased for $395, consisting of sensors on the greenhouse glass and interior, an incline/tilt sensor and added "key control systems" to make it more difficult for the men in black balaclavas to steal what you bought.

Suzuki recalls 2 million cars globally

Suzuki is recalling two million vehicles across the globe, including a number of Chevrolet Cruze sedans that it builds for General Motors, because the ignition switches may begin to smoke. None of the Cruzes being recalled were sold in the US, though. This recall is limited to the Japanese, European and Australian markets. In Suzuki's home market, 1,873,000 vehicles are being recalled, including the Cruze and a number kei cars built for Mazda (the Carol and AZ-Wagon), as well as the automaker's own Alto, Wagon R and Swift. Affected vehicles were built between 1998 and 2009. The remaining 133,000 vehicles include Cruzes and other Suzuki products sold in Europe and Australia. There have been no reports of injuries or accidents due to the 67 reported incidents, all of which come from the Japanese market, a Suzuki spokesperson told Automotive News. Related Video:
