Minor interior wear, but no major issues. Engines both run well. A/C and heat works, tires and brakes are less than a year old.Issues:Limo #1 (8-passenger)Gas gauge works, but fuel sender needs replaced. Limo #2 (10-passenger):Temp rheostat in the back works intermittently, 3" seam separation in at the end of the long seat, vinyl top is showing some age, and there are some dings and missing trim on the chrome along the side. I have a couple rolls of the gray trim I had made."

Selling as a pair. Limousine service starter kit, complete with fleet and parts to hit the ground running your own limousine service with these tried and true, proven money makers. Everything you need to be up, running, and making money immediately. I'm not pulling any punches or trying to hide anything. These are not new or "blingy".  These two limousines have treated me well and still rent out every weekend for every occasion. They were built with understated elegance in mind. The TV's have been removed to add more bar space. But I still have the original TV's and VCR's which are included, as well as many other spare interior, exterior, and engine parts. Both have CD players with AUX inputs and are clean inside and out.

limo #1
1996, Krystal, 95" stretch, VIN# 1G6DW52PXTR704796
Built for the Mirage hotel in Las Vegas. I purchased it in 2007 with 111K. Now showing 229K miles. Engine/trans replaced at 211K with correct LT-1 engine/trans with 150K and heads redone. "check engine" light is on because the replacement engine (from a '96 state police Caprice) didn't use the crank position sensor. I have the CPS rotor and timing cover as well as many other good parts from the original engine that come along with it. Also, this limousine has a sun/moon roof in the back that works perfectly and does not leak. Also, the vinyl top is in good condition. With the exception of the gas gauge, all systems work.

Limo #2:
1995 Chicago Armor 112" stretch, VIN#1G6DW52P6SR703451
Built for private owner, It was hit in the rear after only 2 years, insurance company allowed it to to be released on a salvage title. It was then purchased by a funeral home who had it rebuilt it by grafting on another rear end from the doors back. It went into funeral service for 10 years and I bought it 5 years ago with 45K from the funeral home & have had in limousine service ever since on a rebuilt salvage title. 144K actual miles. Runs great. Some cosmetic issues in stretched section. But solid and in good overall condition.

Spare parts include original TV's/VCR's, spare/snow tires on the correct rims, door panels, switches, back seat, chrome trim, engine parts, & a front bumper.

Neither limo is perfect. But both are well maintained, serviceable, run great, & "turnkey" with remotes & clear titles. Selling to make room to buy other different limos to change up my fleet a bit. I started my limousine service with them, am doing well with them, and I know I could keep running and making money with these proud elegant Cadillacs for another 100K miles or more. But it's time for me to switch up the fleet a bit. So here's your chance to start your own business. You can keep on working for someone else.......or take charge of your own future. Just bid and buy the tools to begin your own turnkey business with two limousines and parts to maintain them. For the right bid it can be yours......

Both limousines are sold as-is with no warrantee offered, expressed, implied, or available from/through me or my company.

Cadillac V-Performance Academy joins free driving school party

Sun, Sep 4 2016

Just in case you needed another reason to want one of Cadillac's hottest performers, starting with the 2017 Cadillac CTS-V and ATS-V, the first owner of each vehicle can score a free two-day course at Spring Mountain Motor Resort with the V-Performance Academy. According to Spring Mountain's website, the V-Performance Academy "is designed for drivers of all experience levels and includes dynamic car control exercises, visual skill development, and proper cornering techniques," with "brief" classroom sessions sprinkled in. Driving programs like the V-Performance Academy are all the rage right now. In the last few weeks alone, both Fiat and Ford announced free one-day academies baked right into the price of cars like the 124 Abarth and Focus RS. As with the Ford and Fiat courses, Cadillac is providing the learner cars. But where those other courses call on vehicle owners to shell out for airfare, food, and in Fiat's case, lodging, Cadillac covers tuition – a $2,420 expense for non-owners – along with two nights in one of Spring Mountain's "luxury condominiums" and breakfast and lunch during both driving days. Students are still on the hook for airfare, although Caddy will shuttled attendees from Las Vegas McCarren to the track/resort, some 55 miles away. If you can't shell out for the flight to Las Vegas, a new CTS-V or ATS-V, or simply can't spare two days for a driving school, Cadillac is ramping up for another year of its one-day, traveling V-Performance Lab, which will run at Lime Rock Park in Connecticut and at Circuit of the Americas in Texas. Cool car technology is cool until it breaks

Fri, Mar 27 2015

Ah, technology – the beautiful date that impresses all your friends but costs you a fortune to keep happy, up-to-date, and working. Automotive News puts some numbers to the economic toll we're paying to jockey this technological Trojan horse, an analysis it sums up with "Technology is great - until you have to replace it." Back in 2000, for instance, you could replace a Cadillac Escalade taillight lens for $56.08, or replace the entire unit for $220.49. Crack the rear lens on your 2015 Escalade and you have to buy a new unit for $795 - there's no such thing as just replacing a lens anymore. What about headlights? It was $210 for an Escalade headlight in 2000, it's $1,650 for the current unit (pictured). This is nothing we didn't know, these are just hard numbers to demonstrate it. Edmunds recently provided the same with its sledgehammer-bashing of the 2015 Ford F-150, Tesla Model S buyers have been shrieking about repair costs to their electric sedan's all-aluminum bodywork, and used-car sites are full of articles about which expensive-to-repair features to steer clear of if you want to avoid big repair bills. Those expensive bits increase the price of a car - Kelley Blue Book says the average price of a car is now more than $33,000 - and that raises rates for repairs and insurance. This comes in spite of some carmakers that have been collaborating with insurance companies and repair shops at the design stage in order to engineer parts that are easier and less expensive to replace. But the tech can have its cost-saving benefits: a 2011 study by the Highway Loss Data Institute found that Volvos fitted with that company's City Safety feature "filed 27 percent fewer property-damage liability claims" than luxury SUVs without it, and just last month the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety called adaptive headlights one of the top four crash-preventing technologies on cars today (after coming out against them in 2006). So yes, the technology costs a mint when it needs to be fixed - but being able to avoid an accident in the first place might make it worth it.
