1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Limo Custom Conversion - Only 63k Original Miles on 2040-cars
Roanoke, Virginia, United States
THIS IS A 1996 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD LIMO. IT SEATS A TOTAL OF 9 PERSONS. ORIGINALLY ALL SEATS WERE FACING FORWARD. THIS LIMO HAS A CUSTOM CONVERSION. THE MIDDLE SEAT HAS BEEN TURNED AROUND TO FACE THE REAR SEAT WHICH MAKES THIS LIMO ONE OF A KIND. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANOTHER ONE DONE LIKE THIS. THIS LIMO IS ACTUALLY A SMALL VERSION OF A LARGE STRETCH LIMO. THIS LIMO HAS VERY LOW MILES. ONLY 63K MILES. IT IS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. IT RUNS AND DRIVES EXCELLENT. IT ACTUALLY GETS ABOUT 20 MILES TO THE GALLON WHICH WAS VERY SURPRISING TO ME. I AM A USED CAR DEALER IN ROANOKE, VA AND PURCHASED THIS LIMO FOR PLEASURE PURPOSES. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN OUT TO DINNER, TO CHURCH AND I EVEN TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO HER HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING DANCE IN IT. IT HAS NEVER CAUSED ME ANY PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. THE ONLY THING THAT THIS LIMO NEEDS TO BE PERFECT IS A SMALL EXHAUST LEAK NEEDS TO BE FIXED. IT DOES NOT HURT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CAR. I JUST NOTICED IT AFTER TAKING FOR A DRIVE BEFORE LISTING ON EBAY. I DON'T DRIVE THE LIMO EVERYDAY SO I WANTED TO DRIVE IT SO I COULD GIVE MOST ACCURATE INFO WHEN LISTING. ALSO, THIS LIMO HAS THE 5.7 LITER, LT-1 350 ENGINE IN IT. THIS IS HUGE. MUCH EASIER AND CHEAPER TO MAINTAIN THAN NORTHSTAR ENGINE.

GM slashes prices in China as sales falter
Thu, May 14 2015Buying a vehicle from General Motors' stable of brands might be a lot cheaper in the near future – at least for customers in China. The effort comes as GM hopes to keep sales there growing, and the decision alludes to yet another sign that the Asian country no longer has the booming auto market of past years. GM and its Chinese joint venture partner SAIC are slashing prices by as much as the equivalent to $8,700 on 40 models from Buick, Chevrolet, and Cadillac, according to The Detroit News. Across all of automaker's nameplates, the overall sales dipped in China in April by 0.4 percent to 258,484 vehicles. Among the drops, Buick was down 8.5 percent, and Chevy shrunk 5.6 percent. Caddy's numbers increased 4.6 percent for the month, though. Buick remains a popular brand in the minds of Chinese consumers, but according to The Detroit News domestic automakers there are starting to eat into the dominance of foreign companies in the market. The country remains important for GM, though. Late last year, it outlined a future strategy that included China as a major pillar, including a $14 billion investment to build five new factories and boost sales. BMW reclaims US luxury sales crown from Mercedes
Tue, Jan 6 2015The numbers, they are in: BMW has reclaimed the luxury-sales crown from Mercedes by a margin of 9,347 cars. Mercedes donned the king's headgear in 2013 after a strong final quarter of 2013 when the new CLA and S-Class poured out of dealerships. This year, led by the 3 Series/4 Series and X5, BMW sold 339,738 units – a 9.8-percent increase year-on-year. Mercedes, led by the C-Class and M-Class, saw its sales go up by 5.7 percent to 330,391 units. We'll have to wait a bit to see if there's another registrations-vs-sales challenge as in 2012, when BMW was anointed US luxury ruler. Behind them, a dark horse named Lexus nudged closer to the leading Teutons, selling 311,389 cars. The Japanese luxury automaker also had the biggest gain among the top three, its sales rising by 13.7 percent compared to 2013. Audi had the biggest sales of anyone among the top five, though, with a 15.2-percent gain to 182,011, which moved it a spot ahead of Cadillac; the Wreath-and-Crest brand dropped 6.5 percent to 170,750. Acura (167,843), Infiniti (117,300), and Lincoln (94,474) took the final positions. Speaking of Lincoln, sales at the once-mighty luxury marque stand as the mightiest jump of any on this list, up 15.6 percent. That's the power of Matthew McConaughey... and better cars and a new crossover, sure. So now that we're back to Round One of 2015, in case no one else has said it yet: "Ok, fight!"
Super Bowl LVII car commercial roundup: Watch them all here
Mon, Feb 13 2023Fewer automakers than usual spent money advertising during Super Bowl LVII. In total, there were only five traditional ad spots from three big OEMs. A number of car-adjacent ads aired during the Big Game, too, and we’ll bring you those ads in this roundup alongside the more obvious ones. WeÂ’ve compiled all of the automotive-related commercials for you here in this post so you donÂ’t have to go searching for them elsewhere. Read on below to see what aired as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles. Ram's Super Bowl spot offers a cure for 'Premature Electrification' This commercial revealed the new electric Ram Rev pickup, and itÂ’s themed like a prescription ad for an antidote to "Premature Electrification.” A concerned narrator in the Ram spot asks if you're afraid that going electric too soon will mean "you might not be able to last as long as you like," and there's a guy on a pier who's going to need some new equipment if he wants to catch fish. We're also told there are "options being designed to extend range in satisfying ways," so if this truck isn't right for you, you have choices. All the commercial's missing is a silly medical marketing name and six seconds of speed-reading gibberish about side effects like intestinal bleeding and death. Which are two more good things. Jeep 4xe Super Bowl commercial highlights modern version of 'Electric Boogie' JeepÂ’s “Electric Boogie” commercial follows the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe in a variety of simulated off-road situations. Though fun, the soundtrack is the real star of the show. The songÂ’s original artist, Marcia Griffiths, was joined by Grammy winner Shaggy, Jamila Falak, Amber Lee, and Moyann on the track. The modernized re-recording celebrates 40 years since GriffithsÂ’ original track, and Jeep says the track is available for streaming now. Kia returns to the Super Bowl with the tale of 'Binky Dad' This year, Kia follows the adventure of "Binky Dad" in his quest to fetch his daughter's lost pacifier, which naturally takes him over just about every bit of terrain you might encounter upon leaving the civilized confines of Southern California for the not-so-civilized mountains of ... probably also California. It features the refreshed 2023 Kia Telluride, which probably doesnÂ’t need much advertising to see these days, but Kia went for it with the strong three-row SUV anyway.
