1984 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible, only 42,000 original miles, 1 family owned, ( have receipts to show documentation) car runs good and drives good.
HT 4100 engine , auto trans , front wheel drive, car has a new fuel pump, new tires, A/C need to be charged ( R-12). Fuel gauge is not reading accurate. The interior and carpet are clean ,in very nice condition, The top is showing its age and rear window has come loose from the top ( see picture). All windows work except after putting the top down the rear drivers side window did not completely close ( motor clicks). The body and paint are in good condition except hood shows checking in paint. the car has passed a California emissions test and ready to transfer. Plates were removed by previous owner ( personalized plates) This is a California car bought new at Wayne Stead Motors , Walnut Creek, Ca. Next-gen Cadillac Escalade debuting October 7 in NYC
Wed, 14 Aug 2013Cadillac will unveil the next Escalade in October, at an event in New York City. It will be the sole member of GM's large SUV family to not get a debut at the Texas State Fair, which we don't think is all that surprising, considering the kind of clientele attracted by the big Caddy.
The new truck, from the few teaser images and spy shots we've seen, has evolved with the rest of the Cadillac range. We've got a glimpse of its tall, thin headlights, which look like an evolution of what's on the current truck. Expect some kind of egg-crate grille, reminiscent of the new CTS and ATS, while Cadillac's CUE system should feature heavily in what we hope is a thoroughly revised cabin.
The event takes place on October 7, so check back then for more info on the all-new Escalade.

Facelifted Cadillac ATS spied completely uncovered
Thu, 27 Feb 2014The Cadillac ATS makes for a pretty svelte little coupe, and General Motors appears to know it, because multiple, completely undisguised prototype sedans have been spotted testing wearing what look like many of the forthcoming coupe's body parts.
Not only does it wear at least the outline of the brand's new, broader crest, it has the same front air dam with continuous chrome strip found on the coupe. The only real difference is that it has the somewhat taller side view mirrors from the sedan, rather than the narrower, longer ones from the coupe. Around back, the changes are harder to spot because the test car is outfitted with an unpainted lower bumper. However, it seems to lack the chrome strip that offsets the lower portion of the coupe from the sedan.
The ATS sedan is already a looker, but it is good to see Cadillac is taking a second pass using what it learned on the coupe. There's no word yet on when this revised sedan is going to hit the streets - let alone what changes will take place beneath the skin - but we're thinking it looks about right for 2015.
