Great running Cadillac Deville!

One owner.  No body repair, Non Smokers and garage kept.  Only 65,773 miles and still smells new.  Drove it recently and still has a lot of power.  I am the grandson of the owners and if it tells you anything about the condition of the car it was the first time I've ever driven in the car.  My Grandparents only drove it to special events and no kids were allowed.  My Grandparents are elderly and have another car so they don't need this car any longer. After driving the car yesterday I have to admit it is a great car and very comfortable, and I would love the car for myself.

The car was recently detailed (attached).

2009 Michelin Symmetry Pirelli Cinturato P300 tires w/ only 5,000 miles used (w/ 85,000 miles Warranty w/ Discount Tires).  Unlimited Balance and rotation.

Just like any classic it does have some minor issues.

1.  The radio turns on but no sound comes out. The antenna comes halfway up.
2.  The left rear outside pannel came off, but is easily fixable and in the trunk and in mint condition.
3.  The interior roof felt is somewhat coming down, but not bad.  Cheap to repair
4.  Right door will not open, and right passenger window is not functioning.

Other than that I'm guessing the parts for repair will be low. No dents, no scratches.

Other than that the car runs great.  All the electronics work, and AC Blows very cool.

3 sets of keys, Passed inspection, emissions, and clear title.

All required normal maintenance was done.

Check Picture of Recent Upgrades, and documentation.

Book by Cadillac is like a streaming service for cars

    Thu, Jan 5 2017

Cadillac is launching a subscription-based service that gives users access to most of its models for a flat fee of $1,500 a month. Called Book by Cadillac, the program starts in February in New York City and its surrounding areas. Cadillac's goal: attract users who want flexibility without the costs and commitment of ownership. The monthly fee is steep, but Cadillac argues it's competitive with the cost of leasing a well-equipped luxury car. It also includes maintenance, taxes, and insurance fees. The Book service can also be stopped at any time, which frees users from any payments. There's no restrictions on mileage, though users pay for gas either by filling up the car when they're done with it or through a Caddy concierge who bills their account. Cadillac will deliver and pick up the vehicles from the user's choice of location via a white-gloved driver. Users can change vehicles up to 18 times per year, and they can be reserved with a mobile app. The theoretical goal is a Book user could head to the airport in New York in a Cadillac and reserve another one for their use in Los Angeles. Cadillac ran a test program last year and decided to move forward with Book after receiving a positive response on the price and features. "The overwhelming result is this is something competitive," spokesman Eneuri Acosta said. The program features the Escalade, Escalade ESV, CT6, CTS-V, ATS-V, and XT5 decked-out in Platinum trim. Other vehicles, like the non-V-series ATS or CTS could be added if there's demand. Book by Cadillac starts in New York, but will expand to other unspecified markets. Related Video:

Cadillac CTS-V gets Stealth Blue and Silver Frost limited edition models

    Fri, 15 Feb 2013

A little more than a year and a half ago, former weekend editor Alex Nunez and I were talking about how sweet it would be for Cadillac to offer a CTS-V in the Corvette's Supersonic Blue paint, and as if General Motors eavesdropped on our conversation, this showed up. And while the Stealth Blue car you see here isn't an exact duplicate of the hot-looking sedan GM showed off in prototype form, it's really close. And really sweet.
New for 2013, the Cadillac CTS range gets two new colorful editions, starting with the Stealth Blue package available on the CTS-V (in sedan, coupe and wagon bodystyles) as well as the naturally aspirated CTS coupe. In addition to the unique paint, blacked-out grille and dark satin wheels, Stealth Blue cars can also be done up with an optional Twilight Blue leather interior. (And you thought blue-on-blue color schemes died in the '90s.)
Cadillac is also offering a new Silver Frost package, but it's a bit more exclusive. Only 100 examples will be built, all in CTS-V Coupe form. The Silver Frost paint is a low-gloss matte finish, in that while it technically has a clearcoat covering, it's reduced in a way that the surface still appears flatter than standard paint. Even so, Cadillac states that the car should be hand-washed only.

Texas sues GM, saying it tricked customers into sharing driving data sold to insurers

    Wed, Aug 14 2024

Texas filed a lawsuit Tuesday against GM over years of alleged abuse of customers' data and trust. New car owners were presented with a "confusing and highly misleading" process that was implied to be for their safety, but "was no more than a deceptively designed sales flow" that surrendered their data for GM to sell. The suit contends that at no point was selling driving data ever even suggested as a possibility, putting GM in violation of the state's consumer protection laws. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is seeking a jury trial and at least $10,000 per offense (every GM car sold in the state since 2015) and a hefty add-on of $250,000 in cases where the victim was over 65. Texas seems to be flying high after a recent $1.4 billion settlement from Meta over other privacy concerns. This may well be a way to solve any pending budgetary issues in the Lone Star State.
