I have owned this 1960 Cadillac for about 10 years ... all ac lines are there but i have the ac compressor runing the air ride system ... easy to change back over to a/c rebuilt brakes, suspension, carburator, and etc etc etc needs seats redone great driver and turn key realiable ...........hate to see it go ... .. 22 inch rims tires like new ..... rebuilt brakes ....stops great ... please call if have any questions 619 794 6732 .... no cutting done to this car ... solid car ..drives great door panels are nice no rips black ... needs carpet ($189.) and seats redone ..... and headliner .......dash is nice and painted black ...... all chrome is good and there ..... hate to sell this car alot of nice work ..... not asking alot for her ... my loss your gain .....

Cadillac ELR update delayed over autonomous drive systems issues
Fri, Nov 28 2014Rumors had been circulating that the 2016 Cadillac ELR would bow in Los Angeles recently, featuring, in Cadillac's own words, "engineering enhancements." The rumors and that quote are as far as it got – the updated ELR pulled a no-show in LA, and no one outside of the brand appears to know when it will appear. GM Inside News says its sources at Cadillac pinned the ELR's absence on some autonomous driving features not being ready to reveal. According to GMI, Cadillac insiders say the upgraded ELR will be a "highly autonomous vehicle," and the company needs more time to gets its systems polished. The site says "it's not unreasonable to assume that ELR will be [the] vehicle" that gets Cadillac's Super Cruise technology, but that seems a lot more involved than "engineering enhancements," and in September Cadillac said we'd see it sometime in the next two years. It's possible the wait for the 2016 ELR and its secrets might only be a couple of months: the next-generation Chevrolet Volt, which shares a platform with the ELR and whose engineering updates we know quite a bit about, is scheduled to appear at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show in January.
Hotter Cadillac ATS-V+ could use LS7 power
Tue, May 26 2015Rumor has it Cadillac is working on an even hotter version of the ATS-V, possibly called ATS-V+. And the latest intel from Motor Trend suggests this new model might have a great, big V8 under the hood. The V8 in question is the high-revving, naturally aspirated 7.0-liter LS7 from the Camaro Z/28. The hand-built engine makes 505 horsepower and 481 pound-feet of torque in the Z/28 – a nice increase over the 464 hp and 445 lb-ft in the standard ATS-V, which uses a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter V6. Motor Trend says the ATS-V+ will come to market with an eight-speed automatic transmission, as well as the seven-speed manual 'box from the Corvette. A dual-clutch transmission will come to market later. Of course, we'll believe it when we see it. But an LS7-powered ATS-V sure sounds like a great package to us. Here's hoping.
