This is a beautiful, 1959 Cadillac "Series 62" Coupe in excellent condition inside and out. This beauty has been beautifully restored from front to back. It recently came out of a large private classic car collection. This Cadillac in my opinion is "One of the nicest '59 Cadillac Coupe's around, offered for sale". It has gorgeous new Persian Sand paint, which is one of the prettiest colors offered in 1959 with a new black and white interior. This is an original southwest car all its life that retains all its original sheet metal and is rust free and solid as rock. She has a beautiful, all factory correct redone interior that looks amazing! I have had the privilege of selling many of these cars but have rarely come across one as nice as this one here. Mechanically, the engine and transmission run flawlessly! This Cadillac drives with no issues at all! The original 390ci motor provides great power to move this little diamond around. Cadillac welcomes back Entourage favorite Ari Gold

With publicity for the long-awaited Entourage movie ramping up, we're finding that one of the stars of the film happens to be the handsome Cadillac Ciel Concept convertible. It makes a number of appearances in the trailers with Vince, E, Turtle, and Johnny Drama cruising about, despite the fact that it isn't actually a production vehicle. We guess it pays to be Aquaman and Enzo Ferrari. Supporting its tie-in with the flim, Cadillac has enlisted Jeremy Piven, famed for his roll as outrageous, obnoxious, abrasive, and amusing talent agent Ari Gold, to star alongside its droptop sedan. The pair are the focus of a four-minute featurette welcoming the actor's character back while expounding on the series-ending cliffhanger that basically made the movie a sure thing. Take a look at the spot, which was directed and written by Entourage creator Doug Ellin. And be sure to check out the brotastic HBO series when it makes the jump to the big screen on June 3.

What's better than a car connected to Ryan Gosling? A car connected to Ryan Gosling and Matt Smith (the eleventh Doctor Who for our less nerdy readers). This 1966 Cadillac Eldorado convertible is driven by Smith in Lost River, Gosling's directorial debut. The movie was filmed in Detroit, with plenty of footage at the Packard factory, and the car is located in the nearby enclave of Hamtramck. Truth be told, this car has questionable star appeal and it needs a lot of work. Lost River currently holds a 20% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. I've never seen an episode of any Doctor Who – a fact that amazes Seyth Miersma. And while I agree with Kroll Show character Wendell Shawn that Gosling is a "beautiful idiot," that's not enough for me to buy a car with an exhaust leak. The body on this Eldorado looks clean, but there is plenty of restoration work for the next owner. The listing states that most of the exterior and trim needs to be installed, and the front seats are in rough shape. Other details are vague Â– the carburetor "might need to be rebuilt" and the radiator and fan "may need to be replaced" but neither statements explain why. On the upside, the 340 horsepower (gross rating), 429 cubic inch V8 runs well. Reserve is not met at the current price of $4,000, but this could be a chance to get a classic '60's convertible for cheap. Artist imagines eerie world where cars have no wheels

The wheel ranks right up there with the telescope and four-slice toaster in the pantheon of inventions that have moved humankind forward. But what if a circle in three dimensions had never occurred to anyone, and we all had just moved on without it? Perhaps we'd be driving around in Lucas Motors Landspeeders with anti-gravity engines. Or maybe we'd have the same cars we do today, just without wheels.
That's the thought experiment that seems to have led French photographer Renaud Marion to create his six-image series called Air Drive. The shots depict cars throughout many eras of motoring that look normal except for one thing: they have no wheels. The models used include a Jaguar XK120, Cadillac DeVille (shown above), Chevrolet El Camino and Camaro, and Mercedes-Benz SL and 300 roadsters.
Perhaps one day when our future becomes our past, you'll be able to walk the street and see with your own eyes the rust and patina of age on our nation's fleet of floating cars. Until then, Monsieur Marion's photographs will have to do.
