Hello, this is an adult driven 2009 CTS-V in perfect mechanical shape. It's never been raced, tracked or smoked in. It has a full bumper to bumper warranty until 10/15/2013. Jerry Seiner Cadillac here in Salt Lake City, Utah has performed all the oil changes; there have been no issues requiring service. This is a gorgeous car and has every option available except - the suede steering wheel (mine is leather) and the wood interior trim. It has the following:

  • Recaro 10 way power adjustable seats, heated and cooled.
  • Ultraview sunroof.
  • Bose 5.1 surround, 10 speaker system with 40GB hard drive.
  • Ultrasonic rear parking assist.
  • HID adaptive headlamps.
  • Power, heated outside mirrors.
  • 556 HP Supercharged engine.
  • Headlamp washers.
  • and much more...
As mentioned this car is in perfect working condition.

Regarding the Interior - I would rate this car a 9 out of 10. The leather seats are in excellent condition. There are no tears, holes marks, etc. It's never been smoked in. The rear seats have probably been sat in 5 times (really). The center console of the CTS-V is a beautiful "Piano Black" finish. It's gorgeous and unfortunately prone to micro scratches because it is soooo glossy. There are micro scratches around the knobs and buttons but nothing excessive. The car has less that 18,000 miles.

Regarding the Exterior- I would rate this an 8 out of 10. There are the normal pings, dings and micro scratches that you would expect after 4 years. Three of the wheel rims have minute scuffing. One wheel has visible scuffing/ curb rash. There is a small crease on the spoiler nose where I parked to close to a curb (I've shown this in the photos). There is a small scratch on the left side bumper in front of the drivers side wheel. Again I would say the exterior is consistent with it's age. Of course there have been no accidents, fender-benders, etc.

Regarding the Tires- It currently has on it's winter tires - Pirelli Sottozeros that are amazing in the snow/rain. There is ample tread left (5/32's). The stock summer tires will come with it and still have tread but are nearing the end of their life. You would need to replace them soon. You will get these two sets of tires if you want.

This car is available locally for sale and is available to view. You are welcome to call me, Jeff Taylor, at 801.580.6814 with any questions. I can help coordinate shipping as well (at buyers expense.)

Cadillac boss says small SUV 'at least four years away'

Sat, Jan 24 2015

Since Johan de Nysschen's takeover as brand president, there's a lot of buzz around Cadillac. Now, the brand's leader is now giving a little more clarity about when we might see some of the company's future vehicles, including its compact crossover. "Product development life cycles being what they are, I don't have a date in mind but I would estimate it is at least four years away," said de Nysschen about a small Cadillac CUV. The comments were made to Reuters during the Washington Auto Show. The vehicle is part of Cadillac's eight-model, $12 billion reinvention through 2020. Interestingly, de Nysschen told Autoblog at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show that he estimated the compact luxury CUV to arrive by early 2018. The boss also indicated that Cadillac would get a sedan to slot below the ATS some time in 2017, and the previously spied SRX replacement, possibly called the XT5, would debut in 2016. In the meantime, the company's flagship CT6 is being unveiled at the 2015 New York Auto Show in April. The wait for a luxury compact CUV makes Cadillac one of the later entries into the segment. The space is already filling with vehicles like the BMW X1, Audi Q3, Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class, Lexus NX and Lincoln MKC. Small crossovers in general seem to still be growing in sales. While building a better brand in the US, de Nysschen also wants to grow Cadillac in Europe in the future. He told Reuters that he wants diesel vehicles ready for 2019 to appeal to customers there. Some might even be offered in the US. News Source: ReutersImage Credit: Scott Olson / Getty Images Design/Style Cadillac Crossover Diesel Vehicles Luxury de nysschen

Cadillac CT6 ushers in new naming convention

Wed, 24 Sep 2014

Johan de Nysschen has been at his new post as president of Cadillac for not even three months , but he's already seen two of his most notable accomplishments from his two-year tenure as president of Infiniti matched by Cadillac. The brand has announced that it is relocating its headquarters, and is now officially changing its nomenclature.
The brand's new flagship model will abandon the familiar three-letter designation enjoyed by every other model in the range (aside from the Escalade), and adopt an alpha-numeric title. So, rather than the expected title of LTS, Cadillac's top-end car will be called the CT6.
Of course, this won't be limited to just one model. According to Cadillac's press release, "familiar lettering like 'CT' would be used for car models, with the number indicating the relative size and position of the cars in the hierarchy of Cadillac models." And yes, that means what you think it means - Cadillac will use the exact same naming formula, albeit with different letters, as Infiniti.
